I returned it. It didn't work out of the box. I reseated everything on the motherboard. It had power. The case lights and fans worked. No POST beeps.

Great deal on a gaming PC. Processor and Graphics card alone go for 300 each. Super smooth system. Playing Fortnite and PubG over 160+ FPS after changing some settings in game and on Graphics Card settiings. Definitely happy with my purchase. Internals look amazing with the glass side. Kyle from the Rockaway Mall, NJ store spent over an hour going over Specs with me in store. Amazing service and product.

My computer was delivered broke!! And then I reorder a new one and they cancel it on me for no reason

Ordered this and had a estimated 2.5 week for pick up. Got it about a week early (yay at first). Opened the PC up and you could tell it was built super clumsy like someone was creating a PC for their first time. I didn't want to mess with the motherboard in case it messed up my return at BB plus I bought this PC built, if I wanted to build my own I could get it cheaper. Even the Best Buy employees were laughing when I returned it how bad it was built...and they asked if I wanted to wait another 2 weeks for another one (LOL).

The computer in general was very nice. I would have given it 5 stars, however when I got the PC set up and ran a software program telling me all of the specification temperatures and fan speeds, I noticed that the CPU was running an insane temperature of 100 degrees Celsius. The CPU is meant to run at around 60 degrees C. This meant that either the CPU fan was running improperly or that the thermal paste was applied improperly to the CPU, and I am fairly certain that this was the thermal paste. If I had not noticed the temperature remaining super high then it could have meant a dangerous fire hazard over a week or so period. Always make sure you can test the temperatures of your components to ensure safety. Had I not gotten it with a faulty build, I would have recommended this PC to others.

5 Years later... I bought this December of 2018. Honestly its been great. I had issues with the graphics card and was approved to return to manufacture but I never shipped it and warranty ran out.... My fault. So I had to buy a new graphics card but pretty much only the Graphics Card, more Ram and a SSD has been upgraded on this PC. Its finally time to retire the motherboard and process but not because they don't play games well because they still do and get good FPS on most games but I have the budget now to finally upgrade to something better. Honestly its been a good past 5 years with minimal issues and have put thousands of gaming hours on it. For $780 I couldn't have asked for anything more..... Well maybe more Ram lol

I had to return this a day after I got it. It booted up fine and installed Windows 10 fine, but every game I installed refused to work. I reinstalled Win10 and still nothing I installed worked. Even the geek squad didn't understand why. Does this individual desktop represent every product CyberPowerPC sells? No, it doesn't. But it should make you think twice before buying one their rigs.

I got this as a Christmas gift, and it preforms better than expected. The games run on it at well over 80 fps on highest quality. The RGB lighting is customizable to match all of your other electronics in the area. The 1060 has both ports for displayport and hdmi so you can get the best out of your monitor. The PC does stay cool thanks to is many fans and the ryzen 7. I was a little disappointed to find out there was no CD Drive, and yet mines came with installation discs. I had to go out and buy an external CD drive, so no big deal. Overall a good product for someone into gaming. It runs programs fast and with less lag. I would recommend it.

I highly recommend this PC to anyone who is on a $1000 budget. It has really great specs and it's so fast and smooth and it is really really quiet!. When i first opened the box i was speechless about how clean this PC looks. The mouse and keyboard were a good bonus too. It took me a hot minute to find where the power button was XD but overall i'm really proud and satisfied with my purchase.

I have had the computer for over a year and have not had any problems. I am able to achieve 60+ FPS on all of my games with their settings set to the maximum. It runs pretty quietly and the fact that it comes with a matching keyboard and mouse is nice. There are some white lights on both of them and they go nicely with the red lights from the fans. It would have been nicer with a SSD drive, but that can always be added later.
