As a gamer, I research computer purchases well before deciding on that new puter every few years. Frankly, it was a pain this time because there is so much to choose from (which is a good thing). I spent time time wading through glitzy marketing, towers too small to breath, non-expandables and "cool looking" genres. Finally, I chose this computer because it is a great value, is expandable, and has a ton of power under the hood without a bunch of stuff I don't want to pay for. It's not top of the line but it can handle everything I throw at it. The speed is amazing and the video card creates details in games that are beyond eye-candy-esque. First time I loaded a game, I just sat there looking at the graphics in awe. The item was shipped safely in adequate packaging and it worked.
The caveats-Your going to need a internal/external DVD or Blu-ray and it does not include a wireless card. The hard drive is kind of strangely mounted behind a panel and I would rather have a rack style insert. The wiring wasn't in a neat zip-tied O.C.D. formation. However, the build was satisfactory and they packed the inside of the tower to keep it safe.
Tower looks great, has neat lighting, glass removable panel and is solid. Lighting around USB ports in front is awesome because it sits in darkness under the desk. Case is exceptionally well ventilated with many fans and holes for air to circulate. Cyber power support and responsiveness is there via web, phone and chat.
I don't like the fact they include a wired keyboard and mouse. I like to buy my components separately and would rather just have a lower cost on the computer.
I think a 4.5 star rating is very fair. I would buy again.

This computer features an NVIDIA GTX 1060, which I personally use to run Overwatch at ultra settings with a solid 80 fps. It's amazing. No lag -- ever. There's not much I can say, but I can go over some details. This computer has an Intel core i7 which is amazing for gaming, the speed of the computer is 3.40 GHz but when I play games, it surpasses the limit and goes to 3.8 GHz. What?! I love this computer. I've had trouble with CyberPowerPC in the past but this PC made me forget about all the troubles. It doesn't come with a CD/DVD drive but it comes with discs, which is weird but it's not a big deal. I picked up an LG external reader for that, got the drivers, it works fine. Also, it comes with a really great gaming mouse and a decent keyboard.
So, summed up:
It's almost a dead silent computer, as in it makes basically no noise. It's amazing with tons of games and I've had no problems.

This is a great machine for all kinds of users. Very high performance, and very beautiful as well. Even though there are 5 big fans, they make minimal noise. My only problem with it was that it crashed a few times when I bought it, and BESTBUY told me it was a MEMORY problem which I am trying to get a replacement for from CYBERPOWER.

I was doing so much research on every computer and brand for gaming and I am taking a Advanced 3D Game Design class and I needed a computer. When I saw this it offered everything I needed and wanted all my games run smooth so far and 4K 60p videos run like butter. If you don't want to save a little money and still get a great computer this runs very nice as well as having a awesome look.

I didn't write the review until I ran the pc for a couple of days. It runs smoothly and its performance is pretty good. I only tried WOW so far and fps is around 100. The keyboard and mouse are also very nice. I gave it four star because the fan is pretty loud even when it's left alone without doing anything.

For starter, the shipping was 2 days early, something I wasnt expecting. Second, is a great computer with a great price. Its gonna be ideal for games for the next 2 years or so.
The fan arent that noisy so you dont even realize they exist at all. Also, after playing some thought games like Doom 2016 in ultra setttings and even a game capture, It doesnt freeze or lag at all.
Im more than happy with this product

Great price for what you get. This is my second PC from Cyberpower and no complaints so far. I always like that the PC doesn't come preloaded with a bunch of garbage programs. I had a few issues getting the included mouse to work properly. It kept turning off for some reason but I have a Razer Naga that I am using anyway and the included mouse wont be used. Motherboard is MSI B150M Bazooka Plus. Video Card is MSI 1060GTX 6GT OC (black and white matches well).
I did think it was funny that they included 3 software/drivers cd for Windows 10, motherboard, and graphics but PC has no CD/DVD drive as mentioned in other comments. All is preloaded anyway you don't need. No Wireless card so pick one up.

Decent system for the money

CyberPower is situated in CA, that's where the systems are built. It took about a week and a half for the system to arrive, CA to PA. The case is very sturdy, being made of steel. it's an IN WIN 303 case. The case has a solid front devoid of a DVR optical unit #more on that later). The video card is "not" a direct from NVIDIA unit, instead it's an MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GT OC Armor, basically the guts of the NVIDIA unit, less the fancy packaging, less "some" connections and custom lighting, so the video card info is somewhat misleading. The hard drive is a 1TB Toshiba unit, 7,200 RPM's, with a 120GB ScanDisk SSD unit. The Windows 10 OS is loaded on the SSD unit to facilitate a quick start-up. The I7 processor is the 6th Gen, Intel 3.4, which is the more frugal power consuming unit #65 Watts# versus the I7, 4.0 #approx. 90 Watts#. The unit has a 600 Watt power supply and 16 GB of RAM. The case is a sizable tower unit, with the typical cooler fan on the CPU, One 120mm LED cooling fan on the rear of the case and #3# 120mm LED cooling fans running horizontally. The case has a hinged tempered glass door, which offers very easy access inside the unit and the opposite side has a thumbscrew connected steel panel to access the hard drive and SSD drive. The bottom of the case has a removable screen, which can be cleaned, similar to a lint filter in a clothes dryer. It's a very clean, well sorted setup.
As stated above, the IN WIN 303 case does "not" support an internal optical drive #DVD/CD Player/Writer#. The folks at Cyber Power said they would get the folks at Best Buy to correct the description #on-line# as the unit does NOT ship with an optical drive. Now, one of the reasons that I purchased this unit was for the optical drive, coupled with the other components, as the price was very reasonable.
Prior to leaving Best Buy, I had them open the box, to ensure all was well. I pointed out that the optical drive was missing, which is advertised on their website, as being part of this system. I asked them to comp me with a "free" external DVR unit, which could be connected through a USB port. I'm glad to say they happily did so. I also took exception to the video card being an MSI unit as opposed to the NVIDIA unit I was expecting. They are quite similar, but they are different. The Geek Squad tech took the unit in the back room and verified the build. All of the memory, drive sizes, CPU processor and such checked out fine. So I decided to accept the unit as is, with the external optical drive. In all fairness, when I checked the Cyber Power site, they do NOT state that the video cards are NVIDIA units, but the Best Buy site does, so there's a disconnect there...
The unit was largely devoid of instructions #upon un-packaging# so a novice might be somewhat challenged. It's all rather straight forward. Upon plugging everything in and powering the unit up, everything went well, no issues, except the rather cheap keyboard that ships with the unit had 5 dead keys. Soooo, I called the Geek Squad folks again, they apologized and said to come in and pick out any keyboard that I wanted. Being that I was leaning towards a gaming unit, I was interested the "very pricey" Razor Black Widow Chroma key board. The Best Buy folks gave me a sizable discount off of the Razor key board and I was very pleased with the end result.
In closing: The unit is very fast, with a quick startup. It's quiet. The setup was amongst the easiest I've done. The product description needs work. The Best Buy folks were awesome. Hopefully the unit continues to perform strong, well into the future.

I had this PC for over a month now and it is running smoothly and fast. Games are great on it. Digital art and video edit apps as well. Mine came an MSI motherboard and EVGA 1060 6GB. All other description on the Best Buy website matches with the unit's spec. The price to spec ratio on this unit is excellent.
Only bad thing about the PC is no DVD drive or wifi card but it was never mention in the product details and I can just get an external of both to fix this minor issue.

Pros:
PC is fast, applications are super easy to install.
Opening up the PC from the side is EXTREMELY easy, the glass side is awesome looking with the lights. Additional ports in the front are helpful.
Cons
UPS didn't ask for a signature, just dumped the PC and left, good thing I picked it up.
The provided Windows Key Sticker didn't work, after 10mins of google and calling Mircosoft, it worked.

I was under the impression that there was a CD / DVD drive but did not see where it was installed. I had a portable drive so I was able to install my programs. I had the wonderful guys at Geek Squad set it up for me, or I would never have figured all of it out on my own. The keyboard and mouse were fine however, my purpose for getting this PC was not for games its for working with 3D graphic programs, it would be nice if the mouse were programmable.
