When i ordered it it says 16 gb ram and 4 ram slots. It arrives with 8gb ram and 2 ram slots. Cant insert hdmi or display port because of poor building technique. 2weeks shipping delay.

From the moment we opened the box there were problems. As soon as I plugged it in none of the lights or fans worked. I finally got the lights on and 2 fans out of 4. I worked on it until I got the fans working but then the hard drive quit. Once I got it all working, I was done for the day. When I turned it on the next day it started smoking and nothing on it worked at all so I was done and had to return it.

I bought 16 gb ram , when i received it was 8 gb. Bought on june 3 and the delivery date was june 19 but received emails that delivery date is change, finally i received on june 29. Very disappointed from the service and the quality too.

One of the worst buying experiences I have ever had with a product. I did not get the product described and it was very late.
When I purchased the item, the description said this computer came with 16GB of Memory. Luckily I screenshot my receipt that said 16GB. However, when the item arrived, it only had 8 GB of memory. I went to my recent orders to double-check that it was supposed to come with 16 GB and Best Buy had changed the description of the item to 8 GB. Again, luckily I screenshot my receipt that said 16GB.
This item also came 2 weeks late. I talked to numerous customer service agents and they assured me that it would arrive on time. When it didn't, they couldn't give me an update or any help.
I am returning tomorrow and am extremely disappointed.

Well to start off with, it was 2 weeks late. And now that I have it I'm very happy. Easy to set up and ready to go. Was packed well with no bumps or bruises. The fans are silent and the lights are very cool looking.
