Just got delivered yesterday, followed the instructions and got it all set up and low and behold, graphics issue. Spent HOURS attempting driver install/update rollback/ etc. Eventually calling in the help of a friend to remote in and find the problem. We have potentially settled on the Bios needing an update. Called Best Buy Geek Squad and was told that "diagnostic will be free, but anything to fix it we would have to pay for"... It's brand new and not working.. I will update this review when we get answers from Geek Squad.

First time buying a CyberPower PC. Very disappointed that the graphics card was doa. I'll be heading to best buy to return it and get my money back. I'm sure this would've been a good pc if it wasn't for that.

Pulled it out of the box and was up and running in no time. Computer runs quiet and cool. Graphics are fantastic. Tough to beat this one on price. I will up RAM to 32 GB and add a 2nd hard drive. I recommend getting one of these when get back in stock

The experience I had when buying my CyberpowerPC at Best Buy was amazing! I purchased another gaming pc and it overheated when downloading games. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad to add a cooling system and I was told the PC couldn't add anything to it..anything!! Best Buy helped me out by allowing me to return that pc and purchase the CyberpowerPC since I recently purchased the it. When I say I am so glad they did! I truly mean it! I am very happy with the CyberpowerPC! Top of the line gaming PC for a great price!

This is a very good value, fast responsive no problems works well with a 4k moniter, plays any game that I have thrown at it on highest settings. I would have liked to have more RAM, but I will probably pick some up and swap it out myself. The RAM included is more than sufficient for gaming or web browsing

Needed to upgrade my PC for school (while also having a great gaming computer) in a crunch but the market for parts right now is ridiculous so buying pre-built was my best option. THIS PC is SO GOOD. You really get a lot for the price. It's also extremely quiet and very good looking.

Just bought this PC and so far I love it very easy to setup. Only took like 3 mins and bam already on internet. Only down side I can say about this is the mouse and keyboard aren't very good quality. The buttons on mouse in center are broken inward. Besides I wasn't excepting very much from them that came with it.

Came with a broken GPU in it that was toast ended up having to replace it the day after

This is the second CyberPowerPC I have purchased. I gave the previous one to my son. Initial setup is short, getting me to my gaming quickly. This thing is blazing fast!! It has a great combination of hardware to give me high FPS with no lag. The solid state is a good size and the HDD is large. The Core i7 combined with the RTX 3060 makes this thing a beast.

Amazing pc came with everything that was listed just had to turn the fans to allow more air flow 100% recommend to anyone.

This thing is not good, its A big BS computer.. Return the item right away.

So far this computer has been pretty nice, Surprisingly I still deal with games crashing, I would have to say for the money instead of 16gb of ram it should have 32gb of ram installed. Still a great buy i don't regret it at all. You can always just upgrade it yourself for maybe 45-100 bucks.

This is an all around good pc for the price though if I had a chance I wound save up some more money to buy a better pc.
