Bought for my son for Christmas and it works great

My son's both love their PC's. I love that they can use it for homework as well. Very fast PC and great colors.

This is a good gaming computer for the price. If you are on a budget this is the way to go.

Dude this is so good if your starting out you can run most games without a problem the more beefy games might take a minute to render but nonetheless it’s great

ITS VERY GOOD PC FOR THOSE WHO ARE BEGINNING TO PLAY ON PC.

I was very excited to dip my toe into the world of pc gaming. After doing a bit of research and reading the swath of awesome reviews on this tower I decided to purchase it myself. I was even more stoked when it came a little early, sadly that faded quickly. As soon as I had plugged in and set up to go I turned it on. The lights glowed the fans spun and nothing else. No signal to my monitor or any other that I had. I then called tech support with the manufacturer who pointed me toward the supplier. I called geek squad and proceeded to wait 2 hours to talk to an associate who after a few minutes transfered me to a department that wasn't even open, which meant I had to call back. I did and waited another hour for an associate who was very nice but after having to put me on hold she hung up on me. I left it for the evening trying to get back to it in the morning. Next day I do all I can to try and see what the issue is and find that whomever assembled the rig failed to do so correctly seemingly sending me a defective product by doing so. I have placed an order to exchange at the store and I hope this will fix my issue but this whole experience has put a majorly sour taste in my mouth.

I had to go buy a 200.00 hard drive so my grandson could use the pc

I bought this thru Best Buy thinking it would be reliable but it turns out this brand is completely unreliable. I kept having and issue of losing signal to the monitar. After trying different monitors and using different cables I was able to determine it was the computer itself. When I took it back to best buy in hopes they could fix a simple oversight, they offered a refund or another computer and said this always happens with cyberpower products and that my best option would be to go with a different brand because it is a hit or miss with these PCs. I will never waste anymore money on them.

I ordered this computer and just received it today. When I took it out of the box I saw scuffs and marks all over the keyboard and the computer tower has dents on the top panel. Nothing was even taped up or wrapped in plastic, just stuck in the box. I would still like this computer, I just don't want a used one. Could I take this back to receive one that is not used?
