I have had this computer for almost a year now and there are no problems. customer service is also quick and easy.

Is it upgradable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm looking at a similar pc but it has 16 Gb of ram instead of 8. It is more expensive so is the ram upgradable for this because I couldn't find the specs for the motherboard or how many sticks there are.

Great for beginners

Came to us possibly broken.

Anytime I use ANY monitor with the PC it will only read 'Cable Not Connected' and then go to sleep. I've tried multiple monitors & different cables, so it is the computer itself. I'm trying VGA and/or HDMI connections with an equally new monitor with no luck. It seems like I will be a nice computer itself but until this problem is resolved I'm unable to even start using it.
