The downside, and it's the only downside, is that it has to be hardwired to my router, which necessitated moving my router from where it has sat for twenty years to a different location.

I was worried because a lot of reviews had pinned prebuilts as bad and unreliable. After a rocky start, I am happy to say this purchase was excellent and I was excited the whole way through. Great computer- my son’s first!

We have only had it for a few days and so far so good. Mostly for gaming but hopefully he’ll use it for more:)

Buyer Beware

Needless to say after 2 days and approximately 10 hours on the phone with to BB, Microsoft and the manufacture it was straightned out.
