This PC was fairly easy to set up straight out of the box. It has a very sleek design that we love. For anyone who wants to game, this is THE computer that you would want. It has an amazingly impressive gaming speed, and loading things is a breeze. The graphics look absolutely amazing. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I've been researching for quite sometime various pre-built PCs since building my own would be slightly more expensive. When I found this particular build I was surprised on how affordable it was when looking at all the specs it portrayed. Super stoked to start gaming on this PC, currently writing the review on it.

Like anything else getting use to all the features` but very enjoyable. Good speed , Quiet . flashy lights on side and seems to have extra features / ports that will be handy in future . Key board a little to small for my hands but still usable.
It should be all most people would ever need.

this computer is the best option for a min range gaming set up. it has a gpu that has been overhauled. the motherboard is specifically made for gaming. they have eliminated anything you do not need and have optimized all you need for a premium experience at a sub par price.

What can I say? I hit the power button and it turned on. It's so nice upgrading to a new PC, when your old PC would struggled with some of the most basic of games, and you now have this behemoth of a machine showing you what it's graphics card can do....it just makes one smile.

I don't play many games, but my old PC could not run the games I wanted to play, so I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to this one - let me tell you, I am NOT disappointed! Everything runs great, I can stream, and do everything I need to do with this device. LOVE it!

I bought this with my fiance and he absolutely loved it! We got it for fun and for his work. We did have a small hick up when it looked like I misspelled my email wrong for the Microsoft account but I did a factory data reset and turned out fine but then we couldn't find the application to change the colors of the computer and mouse. Turns out the factory reset made it disappear and my fiance was a little sad he couldn't make the fancy colors anymore. But lucky I remember the cust service card from cyberpower and emailed them about the issue. They emailed back as soon as they could and it was fixed with a link that was attached to the application to change the colors again. It was funny because I have not told my fiance that I fixed it and he noticed it and was shocked and said "how did you get it back?" I was like pshhhh not telling you ;) Their cust service is great and so was the person that sold us this computer! Thanks cyber power❤

I really have enjoyed this computer. I bought it for my grandson and he is able to do all his schoolwork as well as use it for his games. We had to order it online and pick it up due to the coronavirus. But it was ready in no time and the employees were very friendly.

I'm very impressed with this machine and Best Buy. I'm an engineer and so far has been able to handle extreme cad designs with no struggle to keep up. Bestbuy has been great as well especially give the circumstances with coronavirus.
I would highly recommend A+++

Love this system but if Rgb lightning controls are horrendous. The included software sucks for controlling your rgb lights. Most of the time the program just hangs. Took 3 hrs to open. Just control them from your bios. Other than that. It’s the most bang for your buck out there.

The computer is fantastic and performing well with online gaming. No long load times, graphics are gorgeous and sound is excellent. The 2T drive wasnt secured in the housing and at minimum sustained exterior damage. The power cable to it also wasn't plugged in.

PC had a couple problems after powering on. Had to re-install windows due to some issues with apps not updating and other things. Nothing too bad. Started working no problem after doing that. Overall it’s a good pc for gaming! Would recommend to anyone!

I've built every PC I owned and thought this time I would save some time. I didn't.
Pro's: The Ryzen 3700x is a beast
Cons: Most everything else.
Scenario, for obvious reason I am working from home. My old fx based PC struggled with all I was throwing at it. And our laptops don't keep up with me. So I thought i could get this PC and ditch console. Luckily I kept the consoles.
Out of the box it was ok, get the VPN on it, log into work drives, OK, add blizzard, update windows, add radeaon. Starts to act a little funny. First install of windows I copied to my much better 850 ssd and that worked ok for 3 days. By then reliability was so low I couldn't work. Freezing, locking, lagging. I had to hard boot more times than I can count. I did a clean install and that lasted a day. Got about to the same spot. Just got everything installed and hit my first hard boot. Why? I disabled the on board Bluetooth. I mean, that locks up all computer right? Turned it back on and now the USB 3.1 I connect my wireless keyboard and mouse to is not connected. Unplug and plug back in and it goes back to working. On a hunch I restarted, same thing.
Clicked, home, type reset, and hit go. Box is in front of me waiting to put her back in for trip to best buy, its forever home.
Here is the deal, the motherboard peripherals like the usb hubs and Bluetooth I assume are very cheap. Factually the blue tooth has a very short range. I had to disable and run my $14 blue tooth dongle which easily reaches 5 ro 6 feet. The front USB displayed odd behavior out of the gate, disconnecting and reconnecting rapidly. Then the 3.1 failed. Now I suppose that I could have installed and reinstalled driver but what I found with this machine is when you do go around trying to correct issues it is, like I said, unstable.
The ram is also 1500mhz not 3000mhz and while if you look at it it appears to be running at 3000mhz it isn't. That part didn't sit well.
The MOBO, RAM, POWER supply, although I didn't have issues with it, HHD and SSD are all where the money was saved. The case and processor are nice pieces.
The graphics card I saved for last. The cards software sank me a few times causing hard lock ups and the performance when all was working wasn't anything exciting. I'd stay at a 2060 super or better or jump "down" to a 1660 ti. The reviews on this card are not wrong and I should have listened.

As for the performance of the PC itself, I would give it 5 stars. Its able to run almost any game at the highest level of graphics.
However, CyberPower PC has the worst customer service experience. My PC came with a bad GPU and when I reached out to them, they told me that I'd receive instructions on how to send it in and get it replaced. Its been more than three weeks and still no help. I've since reached out to them but I haven't heard anything back... I had to go out and just buy a new GPU just so I could use my computer. Now I have a GPU paperweight.
Besides the customer service, I do really love this computer and its very easy to upgrade. Just don't expect any tech help...

I was very excited to get this PC, the computer was fast. I first noticed a blue screen error that shut the computer down but, I dismissed at first. I went updated all the video drivers as well as the Windows drivers and everything was set. Suddenly, I began noticing some audio stutters during online video playback, I started playing some games and began noticing the same audio issues. I changed my HDMI and it didn't fix the issue. I looked online, I reinstalled audio drivers and couldn't fix it. I also encountered a blue freezing screen and didn't think much of it until I started getting this audio issue. I'm guessing it's the video card.
Honestly, this might be a great computer but I'm not jumping through anymore hoops to fix this issue, I've been at it for hours and I've had enough. I'm going to return it and that's it. I've never had audio problems in any computer I ever owned, especially not in the first few hours of owning it.
This could've been an easy five star review but, these problems ruined my experience.
