Great Desktop for beginners on budget and easily customizable. I've never owned a pc before and was haunted by the thought of having to put one together, this thing already game 90% built! Just have to open it up and make sure all wired are plugged in and slide the cover back along the back then plug it all in/up. Easy to change the Ram as well! Easy no brainer decision to have gotten this after looking at other options/build you own. Get the Best buy credit card and this things is like $55-60 a month with no interest! Recommending to all my coewrokers!

Great PC for gaming, only issue is that our PC came installed with the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition app and after researching fixes, it turns out that the software was apparently made for GPUs made after our model? We had to set up parameters in performance tuning to ensure that the GPU Tuning Max Frequency did not exceed a number around 2100MHz. That seems to be the sweet spot to keep the PC from completely crashing. We also tuned the Power Limit to about -6%. Every now and then the PC will completely crash during gameplay and those settings will have been reset to Default for some reason. We just set the parameters back to our numbers, but it does get frustrating because a simple game like Starcraft or Diablo II shouldn't cause the entire PC to crash. Anyway, other than that, it's a pretty cool PC.

I spent a lot of time comparing my options. This PC is by far the best bang for your buck. I've had it just over a month now, I've had zero issues running any of my games at their highest quality graphics. The storage space is unmatched, I've got about 7 different games installed on it at this very moment, two of which are Forza games, and still have 50% free space. I would highly recommend this PC to anyone, from beginners to some who needs a start that allows for upgrades later. Only fault I give this is the keyboard is absolute garbage!

I was extremely surprised at the performance and value I got with this prebuilt. it looks incredible and is a fantastic middle ground especially for 1080p gaming. would recommend upgrading the RAM but other than that it's a great buy for the price. the mouse and keyboard are exceptional Aswell.

One of the best deals out there for a quality gaming computer. After two-plus months of use, it continues to perform flawlessly with exceptional performance. Been a great computer so far. Tried upgrading the RAM on it to 32gb and it started acting funny. Even went into bios and tried changing some things. Still ran funny. So I just went back to the original stick of RAM. The only downfall to these prebuilt PCs is the motherboards are just Frankenstein motherboards. So we have no idea what can be upgraded without issue. So it looks like a MOBO switch will be in my near future to something that has a manual and tells me things I need to know.

this thing is so mean. it was packaged well, and the instructions were clear and concise. i was surprised when i opened it up and it came with a keyboard and mouse as well! hoping to do lots of stuff with this pc!

We have absolutely loved this desktop. It works perfectly for my husband's schooling and gaming. I am also able to use it for my Cricut hobby as well. I would highly recommend this desktop if you are a beginner in the market for your first "real" PC without breaking the bank. I would buy this again!

was easy to set up. is running great so far i have only had one driver issue. Other than that, it runs everything great.

I love this pc so much, it even runs really fast and it can handle my games good.

So this my first pc. I’m happy with it so far. Setting it up was super easy, and it started up quickly without much hassle, which was a nice surprise. The only issue I had was during the first boot the loading screen took a while, and I tried pressing F12 to get into the boot menu, but it didn’t respond. I ended up having to forcefully shut it down. Luckily, after restarting, everything worked fine and I haven’t had any problems since. Performance-wise, it runs really well. I’ve been able to play games like Final Fantasy smoothly, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing I’d improve is the RAM it’s a bit limited for heavier tasks, but I plan to upgrade that later on. Overall, I’m so far satisfied with this purchase.

No problems so far. I use it for school and gaming not bad at all. If you’re looking for hardcore gaming experience maybe not ideal. But solo and small multiplayer it’s very good.

Really happy with this CyberPowerPC. It runs games smoothly, loads fast, and was ready to go right out of the box. The performance is solid for both gaming and everyday use. The design looks clean, and everything has been running stable with no issues. Overall, a great prebuilt if you want good performance without building your own.

I purchased my Cyber Power Gaming PC from Best Buy on 07/12/2025. The graphics are amazing and the RGB lighting is top notch. The machine is super quiet and does not make noise. The keyboard and mouse that came with the unit are top notch gaming accessories. Love this computer and highly recommend this brand.
