Came with the sata cable to the 2tb drive broken (which they sent me a new one), however even after replacing that the OS on the NVMe drive shipped non working. The motherboard firmware shipped semi corrupted as well, I had to do a firmware upgrade before it would even be stable enough for me to install a fresh copy of windows. There was no damage to the box, so it was packaged with issues. Returned the computer.

I was watching reviews of the amd 3900x and of course in this market patience favors those that can wait. I waited a month after release and it still was nearly impossible to get the processor. I wanted a TI and I wanted something that I can easily upgrade with newer parts, so why not start at the top and not the bottom? So I saw this bundle on Best Buy. Now I’ve look elsewhere like NewEgg, amazon and even on Cyberpower website. I had the money but I wanted financing. And Best Buy was the only one who would offer that amount. I even went into a store to place the order because I wanted a second opinion. What I didn’t expect was the fact if I order it through the store it went from 12 months to 18 months financing (zero percent) which was an amazing deal. He even pushed the limit passed my credit limit(I payed it off so wouldn’t be paying over limited fees). The PC is fast although loud, but who plays without headphones? It boots up super fast and I have been playing games on fast and ultra settings, with no problems. I also see room for upgrades to the computer, I could put in two more sticks of ram, etc. The cable management was neat and perfect and the RGB lights are cool. My computer setup is with an ASUS 2550x1440p 36 inch monitor at 165 hertz and 1 ms. I have a steel series apex pro mechanical keyboard, Astro headset(ps4, it look cooler) and Logitech g604 mouse. So far I have had no problems except maybe a few crashes but I believe it’s more of the game, metro exodus is pretty great on ultra but crashes my PC. But it boots back up in no time so it’s not much of a hardware issue just a game performance issue that hasn’t been addressed still (btw). I would recommend getting this via store purchase, so you get a better financing deal, it went from 150 a month to 100 or so, I’m actually very happy with it and I’m paying 120 a month. My only gripe is with Best Buy, I was told it would arrive in two weeks but Best Buy website is bit confusing for packages being delivered. It said it would be deliver on Thursday but if you went for shipping info it said it was ready for pickup. So I actually could of gotten it on Monday and not have waited until Wednesday when I just was stopping by for a USB C charger and it happen to be the only huge mungus box at delivery.

In lieu of the 3900x shortage, I was desperate for a power cpu. This bundle probably hits the closest to reasonably priced for the parts given. With 1000watt Gold Rating, Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard, and 3000mhz ram, with a 2080ti? They ask for a pretty fair price if you ask me. Performance is good, but loud when pushing it. Recommend changing cooling for pc enthusiasts.

I ordered this PC because my old one wasn't working properly anymore. The earliest I expected to receive it was a 7 - 10 window and just figured I'd have to manage without one for that long. To my surprise it actually shipped and was out for delivery 2 days later. That got me back up asap which I really appreciate. Now to the build quality and performance. I bought this going hoping I wouldn't get burnt by a company I had never purchased from before. I am now more than just pleasantly surprised. I would recommend others to definitely consider them along side the more nationally marketed brands. Everything I was expecting from the build was delivered. Well respected name brand brands were used to put it together with and the system plays any game I've thrown at it at max settings and also encodes video like a champ. When I buy a VR set to use with this I'll have the system I've always wanted. If I could give this a 6th star I would.

Straight from the factory out of the box this unit was BSODing (blue screen of death) Cyberpower had me do the tech work for them to show it was a bad video card by swapping one of my cards from another computer with it. Then they attempted to have me PAY for shipping on the bad part back to them since I was not willing to allow them to "hold" $1200 for an advance exchange. They would not provide a shipping label regardless of the fact that the system arrived BAD - Chad in tech support identified himself as a supervisor and stated this is the company policy and can not be altered. So take my advice - FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY to buy your computer from - stay FAR AWAY from CyberPower PC they provide equipment that has not been tested much less looked at by anyone who has eye sight Please see the photos below to see what happens when this system boots
