This has been a great starter gaming computer for my 13 yo son. He actually loves it. It runs great. No issues. We bought more ram for it so that he can download and play games that take up more space. This computer is easy to install and set up. The glowing of this lights are a nice touch. He wants to upgrade the cooling system next. Happy gaming.

Excellent hardware. Upgraded from a Lenovo I had for 15 years. While I don’t expect this to last that long I am very impressed with the graphics card and processing power.

The quality is amazing, great setup, good cable management, packing. A very minor detail, the Intel Core i5 sticker was crooked so for align freaks like me it's a no-no, but it might just be me. And the other thing is the 16GB RAM setup is good for a budget but not enough for actual gaming and there's no option ANYWHERE to get that same 16GB RAM in case you want to upgrade to 32GB. Overall, excellent product. Keep the good work going!

I was in the market to finally get into a PC but didn't want to break the bank. This was the biggest bang for my buck. The only issue I ran into (being the fault of my own) is going with a 16gb ram instead 32gb. Runs cyberpunk 2077 with no issues and the graphics are absolutely phenomenal.

I was very hesitant to make the switch to pc. I bought this pc and it has been the best decision of my life. This pc looks beautiful, runs smoothly, and does everything I could’ve asked for and more. If anyone is wondering about what pc to get I couldn’t recommend this one more.

Haven't used it for that long but it's sturdy, the customization is fun, the five fans make it alway cool. I can run BG3 on it perfectly fine on high resolution, gets a little warm. Compared to my old laptop thats fantastic.

Great PC for starting out. I am able to play so many games I have always wanted to play for so long now. The storage is nice and the qualityis great, haven't had any problems yet and I've enjoyed being able to play with friends and even record.

Had purchased PC for Christmas for son and two weeks in it quit connecting to monitor. I ran by BB and scheduled appt with Darnell at Geek Squad desk. Brought in next day and within 5 min Darnell had it figured out. Easy exchange for new PC and I can not say enough what a treasure you have in Darnell as an associate. Thank you so much!

I bought this for my son's 18th Birthday. He loves it so far. We had a hard time opening up the case. But, we eventually figured it out. I'm sure others know how to do this.

got this pc 2 months ago and it has held up really good. before i had a victus laptop that could run most games at 60 to 120 fps on low-to-medium graphics , now with this cyberpower pc with the rtx 5060 i can run most if not all newer games with high graphics on 1080p resolution, have not tried 4k but want to wait to get more ram. over all a good pc for modern gaming.

After getting this pre built nothing but wow. Work really well and for its value you are not loosing at all.

Bought this PC as an early birthday present for my bf and he loves it! I had him choose between a few PCs because I knew nothing about them and he chose this one as it was less complex to understand its features. Has not had any issues with it since we’ve bought it. Only thing he isn’t 100 % sold on is the PC case itself. The instructions that were included with it were definitely not the correct ones and we had to figure out on own on how to open it. We also already replaced the RAM stick it came with and added 3 more so that’s what is in the picture.

Honestly great i bought this as my first pc for gaming and been having the best times every playing all type of games.

The lighting looks great, and the performance is incredibly stable, even during long gaming sessions. It's very well-built, fast, and ready to use right out of the box.
