Had purchased PC for Christmas for son and two weeks in it quit connecting to monitor. I ran by BB and scheduled appt with Darnell at Geek Squad desk. Brought in next day and within 5 min Darnell had it figured out. Easy exchange for new PC and I can not say enough what a treasure you have in Darnell as an associate. Thank you so much!

it’s a overall great medium-high pc and comes with everything expected, it can handle most games AAA games but might stutter a bit or you’ll need to tweak the in game graphic settings and it’s also upgradable as i’ve already added another stick of 16gb of ram and added a 2TB SSD. i’m currently working on upgrading the cpu and switching the case. it’s a great pc for anyone to start off with and is a great personal investment

Let me start off by saying im not a computer guy! I wanted a setup to play a certain game and im pretty impressed on how fast this thing is and looks amazing! im sure theres better machines out there but i feel this one will be a great computer to learn on

I was very hesitant to make the switch to pc. I bought this pc and it has been the best decision of my life. This pc looks beautiful, runs smoothly, and does everything I could’ve asked for and more. If anyone is wondering about what pc to get I couldn’t recommend this one more.

All smooth with graphycs on games and 3D design. At first, I was hesitant to buy it because I didn’t want to end up with an overpriced PC. But I’m glad I chose this one—it delivers all the performance I need and even more.

Definitely worth the money! This brand lives up to its reputation! Great frames on 4k settings. Evyrhing runs so smooth. It’s great for streaming too!

Purchased this PC for my 13 year old son and he is very happy with it. Performs well even with him running more than 1 program at a time. Easy set up! Looks really cool with the included keyboard and mouse matching the colors on the tower.

So far works great. I can play all the games I want. Very smooth and good beginner pc. No complaints

Surprisingly good modern PC for the price, great cooling setup and it comes with parts you ordinarily wouldn't expect from a prebuild that's less then $2k, Very happy with it, and it saved me time and some money from having to build my own.

My first PC I've gotten. Got help from a friend and some great guy at the computer section. Runs smoothly, was fairly easy to set up, and looks nice which is a plus.

My first desktop and can’t rave enough about it. I had a nice laptop but this CyberPower desktop is just levels ahead.

got this pc 2 months ago and it has held up really good. before i had a victus laptop that could run most games at 60 to 120 fps on low-to-medium graphics , now with this cyberpower pc with the rtx 5060 i can run most if not all newer games with high graphics on 1080p resolution, have not tried 4k but want to wait to get more ram. over all a good pc for modern gaming.
