Design is cool. Customer service can be slow but eventually they’ll get back to you. I had no idea why my internet connection was slow, didn’t realize the computer came with antennas for the back and once i attached it, everything was smooth

Bought this PC to have enough power and speed to last me the next couple years, and components that can handle an upgrade beyond that. No issues or complaints-met my expectations.

My son loves this computer. I think hes more impressed with the different lights he can program. Then what the computer can do and how fast it loads and plays games.

Easy to set up and get started. Very fast start up. I would recommend cyberpower pc's, especially if you don't want a lot of unwanted preloaded software.

My son was really insisting this brand for us to buy. So we did and he did prove me wrong. Good thing we bought this PC before it sold out

Great gaming PC for that price. Even though it's the 3GB 1060, it still plays even the most complex games at high settings. Great starting PC!

Colors are nice responsive it’s fast no problems so far worth prolly more then what some are that are more expensive

I looked past the most recent 1 star reviews since every one was raving about it otherwise. Perhaps their QA person stopped caring because this PC has been problemed since day 1. The first day it froze randomly and the only way to get the mouse to respond was to go to task manager. Whatever, I looked past this. A few days later I notice a chirping from the 2TB harddrive...which 9/10 indicates failure is approaching. I called tech support to started at RMA, which was a very easy process. But fortunately I procrastinated on sendig it in....Because everything else was fine until 2 days ago when games started crashing. I can’t even playing a game for 5 minutes without it freezing and closing the program. The keyboard and mouse lock up as well. It is unusuable and I really do not understand because the hardware is great...on paper...maybe they use refurbished parts or something. I will be returning this PC. Thankfully I am still within the 15 day return policy. Pros: Aethetics Comes with a keyboard and mouse Runs VR games smoothly Customer service easy to work with Cons: Hard drive failed after a few days Constantly freezes Unusuably after almost 2 weeks And I am not the only person that has experienced this same crashing issue. It’s relatively common for CyberPower PCs if you do a quick google search. May you have better luck.

I bought it as a gift and my son love it. It is powerfull and it has all the specs that my son was looking for.

Fair price. This meets all the requirements needed for me to run my business. Very satisfied.

Was a pretty good PC. You may be able to build the exact same one for a cheaper price but this is a great value.

I wish I would've listened to the people who told me to just build my own. I've gone ahead and replaced everything on this but the motherboard anyways. The 1060 in this only has 3gb of memory, and only comes with 8gb or RAM. Upgraded to a rtx 2070, 8700, and 16gb of RAM, and the difference is out of this world. Just build your own. It is actually pretty easy.

It's a great PC but could of came with a cheaper price. The GPU is alittle cheap looking for an msi card.

My son loves his computer. He’s doing excellent in class thanks to this purchase.
