Not Impressed

I got strong recommendations from the Best Buy Computer people as well. I bought it when it was on sale (yes with protection plan) The first machine lasted 3 days before all the fans began making very loud noises. Returned it to the store I purchased it at and found they had none in stock. Went to another Best Buy location, purchased a replacement machine (same model) and got another strong recommendation on the product. Within 30 days of purchase the second machine already malfunctions. Fans making noises, sound card no longer recognized by the software and lastly, the machine will not shut down using windows 10. Have to either hold the power button or unplug it. Very unhappy. Was told to reload Windows 10. Did not work Returning the unit to the manufacturer under the warranty. Will take up to 14 days to get it back to me. Thinking this was a mistake purchase.
