I do like this tower to be honest it just has some ticking sounds I don't like and can be annoying this started about 5 months after starting it up.

after 1 year, the pc's fans stopped working, it overheats and the USB's no longer work

This desktop was pretty much hassle free! Very clean looking interior, wifi and bluetooth work well. USB ports and mic/headphone jack on the top of the case make for easy access. Almost completely silent while running and the LEDs are a fun touch (though it would be nice if they weren't cheap IR blaster LEDs). Everything worked out of the box, and she purrs away on Star Citizen at medium 1080P at 60FPS. The extra four ram slots will let me add ram as needed, and the graphics card will be easy to upgrade in the future as well. I expect this to by my go-to gaming rig for awhile. Only complaints are that the HDMI port on the back is very close to some case geometry, and makes bulkier HDMI plugs sketchy to use. Also it came with a GIANT sticker saying not to plug HDMI into the motherboard (and to use the graphics card instead). That sticker is a PAIN to peal off, and it's huge. Maybe get something that won't require users to clean the case immediately.

Great computer but motherboard has to be flash already

Got this computer and just a couple weeks later it's making noise.. it's a "click,click,beep" noise that continuously goes on and on. It's not super loud.. but loud enough to irritate the crap put of me. I've contacted IT through email and still haven't gotten a reply on how to fix the problem. Other than that it's a fun computer to play on.. just very irritating. And their customer service isnt the best. note: it was CyberPC's customer service I contacted. Not best buy's

Christmas morning setting up for Santa and the kids. 1000 buck computer has the latch broken off that opens computer side! Couldn’t even get it plugged up! Now we got a mess no gift on Christmas and figuring out how to explain how to exchange it with Santa for one that works!

First, look past the bad reviews. Unless you are a very unlucky person you will be amazed, I promise. First the processor (i5 8400 6 core) is a great mid range gaming and streaming cpu. Second the graphics card (nvidia gtx 1060 3gb) is also a mid range but very capable graphics card. Third is the ram (single stick 2400mhz ) is more than plenty for multitasking. I can have discord, streaming, and playing fortnite all at the same time without any problems. Lastly I am personally going to upgrade the fans, because of how powerful this system is you want the best cooling possible. The stock fans are decent but not ideal. Still get the job done. Overall have had this CyberpowerPc for 7 months and have loved it. I would highly recommend for anyone to purchase.

I had to replace the computer I've had for the last 8 years. I did a lot of research. There were computers that were too basic and computers that were way more than I needed. This computer was just right! It will handle AAA games, dual monitors, and all the apps that I use on a regular basis. It's upgradeable so it won't be obsolete in a couple of years and it is beautiful! The price was very reasonable and I would not have been able to build one of this quality for the price.

Purchased the CyberPower PC as a Christmas Gift for my 10 year old for gaming and could not be happier. A definite improvement over what my he was using before. Best Buy was fantastic as I received the PC two days after ordering it on-line. The gift was opened on Christmas Day and set-up the next. No issues thus far. Very fast and cool looking. Set - up was easy for even an old dinosaur like myself. Would recommend to friends and definitely would consider this brand for future purchases.

For an open-box product, it has worked very well. Been using for 6+ years now with no issues.

this desktop pc is amazing. this is my first pc ever and set up is incredibly easy and it even gives you instructions inside the box to upgrade and replace parts on your own. to say I am happy I got this would be an understatement. runs fast and smooth. like the title says this is a great mid range computer for the price

I ordered this pc Nov 7th 2018. I have had 0 issues with it. Graphics are great. It does what I need it to do fantastic. Nothing freezes, nothing crashes. That being said. I got off my pc last night and put it to sleep. I got up this morning and I can't tell you if it was on, but when I got off work tonight and hit the power button to wake it up, I have nothing. It does nothing. No fans turning on or anything. The opinion is a barely 2 month old power supply died and I can't afford to replace it atm. So after 2 months....I am now without a pc (and school is in session for me), for I don't even know how long.

I purchased this PC as a starter for myself and I will be tinkering with it in the future. It looks great and runs smooth as well. The case breathes well and can only get better with more fans. I know what I am getting with this pre-built so no complaints and I look forward to enjoying my time with it! This is a good PC for those looking to gift someone a gaming PC that can handle the majority of what's out there.

This is my first gaming pc and I love it so far! I've been running Fortnite on epic settings at 80-120 FPS. I run photoshop and literoom with ease as well. It is fully upgradeable so you can easily add ram or upgrade your graphics card in the future. No complaints so far.

Best gaming PC ever! I bought the gxivr2940obst from best buy and so far there is no problem with it. Except when I turn on the PC before the monitor(TV in my case) the screen doesn't show up, but when I turn on TV first the screen comes up fine. IT MIGHT BE MY TV'S FAULT. But SO FAR IT HAS BEEN GREAT! RUNNING MOST OF MY GAMES AT HIGH ON 60+ SOME EVEN 100+.

Incredibly easy to set up and get going. Pre-built PCs are becoming more and more common and it's clear why. Runs great, and the mouse and keyboard are good quality as well. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to gamers looking to get into the PC market.

When I purchased this computer from best buy I was thrilled! The pc was easy to hook up to my monitor and start up. The graphics card for gaming is great! , and the processor speed will allow you to edit videos , and do your work at a very efficient speed. 10/10 Blessed

This Gaming PC has not disappointed me in the slightest and runs almost every demanding game above 80 frames when its on medium. This PC is great and has a reasonable price for what your getting.

I got it for 830$, its an amazing system, i love it. The 1060 is amazing,i would recommend it mostly because i play video games on it, and the mother board expansion slots for the RAM is really good,3 extra slot.
