Awesome case, with some flaws
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Disclaimer: I mostly buy all of my high end electronics from BB and I found this on BB, but I purchased this case with a slightly different build directly from CyberpowerPC. The drawback with the BB site is that the specifications really don't tell you what brand, make and model of every part is truly in this case. So I ventured to CyberpowerPC as I wanted the option to customize my build and to know exactly what I was getting in my build down to the PSU. That being said, I am only leaving comments regarding the Syber Cube gaming case itself for the gaming enthusiast that likes to tinker around and make modifications to their builds. First, this case does catch the attention of everyone that comes to my house and I love the way it looks. But I will start with some flaws regarding the case itself. It is difficult and the space is narrow that houses the PSU and for cord management. I would like to rewire the way the ARGB fans were set up, but I am tired of scraping my hands. (Saving this task for another now.) A Pro, is that I do like that the PSU is mounted in this space separately from everything else and there is enough space for cord management. It is just narrow. I will say this, I am a girl with girl sized hands. Next, there are no filters in front of or behind the front fans, so it seems I am going to have to add a more frequent dusting schedule to my tasks to keep to baby looking clean. I have been looking into options into adding filters behind the fans to catch dust, but again, the way the case is designed, it is going to be a project where you have to take apart everything just to put it back together. Next, there is only room for one mechanical drive and 2 SSD drives. That doesn't bother me too much because the mother board that I choose, gives me other storage expansion options. Another side note is that there are no front USB ports, but I knew that going in and added a USB PCIe card to give me 5 additional USB ports in the back and I purchased a cool looking USB hub that mounted on the front of the case stand. Overall, I love my customized build from CyberpowerPC and love the way the Syber Cube looks. Just be aware, you need patience working with this case if you plan do any modifications or tinkering around.
