First desktop broke within 2 weeks, replacement was soaked in green liquid upon arrival and CyberPowerPC tech support does not pick up phone while my emails are rejected. Do not buy any of these products! The Best Buy staff was very supportive and professional regarding the returns.

I have to rate 4 stars because of the rough start I had with this pc. The first time I powered it on, the whole computer just kept turning on and off before it even started to reach the screen to configure settings until I unplugged it. It did that a couple times until I let it sit for a minute to open it up to make sure all the cables were good and connected. After that, I started it up just fine but one of the fans weren't working. So I found the fan control module and noticed the fan in question wasnt plugged in all the way. I can only assume that it got dislodged from shipping as there was a huge dent in the box. The fans on the liquid cooler radiator were installed incorrectly. They were facing eachother so they were both blowing air at eachother. So... that wasnt gonna let air flow through. That was an easy fix but again.. why did I have to do it ya know? So after doing that, the cpu runs 10 degrees cooler since air is actually flowing through the radiator. Now powering on... the first thing I see when I configure my settings and reach the desktop screen... "nvidia control panel not found." So after a few days of trying to figure that out, I figure there must've been some corruption with that rough first start up. Because I tried everything the internet had to offer. So I went ahead and did a complete wipe. I reset the computer with the option that wipes everything clean from the harddrive and SSD. Except for the OS of course.. This is the much longer version of resetting a computer but, the cleanest way. That took about 4-5 hours. After that was done, I configured my personal settings again and got back to the desktop screen. Oh look.. nvidia control panel still not found. .. BUT.... THIS TIME, the driver actually installed properly once I found it on the internet. It didn't work like this before the complete wipe. So now I can properly use Nvidia Geforce and its drivers. And now this is just me being picky.. but the pump on the liquid cooler is pretty noisy! I plan on upgrading it to a corsair liquid cooler here soon but still. All these issues aside and fixed now, the computer is an absolute beast. I'm running 4k at 60hz easy! I love it now!

Alrighty so when I first purchased this pc it was estimated at 3 weeks and came within 4 days I believe so that's pretty awesome! But from unboxing one of the led fans was not working just the lights I just had to simply plug it in on the back it was an easy fix. Another important issues im currently trying to get support on is my power supply seems to make a metal ish grinding noise when loading into heavy games it sounds like if you were to get a wire or something and stick it into a fan.... Still waiting on support for that and the fans on the computer are constantly loud which is another concern. But in games this computer is quite the beast running everything on ultra and easily getting 80 or more frames!

Setup was handled by Geek squad and was great. Some fan noise noticed when TV is off. Startup is quick as expected with this units powerful processor. No problems with function as would be expected with high end computer. Display is great with high end video card. More computer than I really need but I won't need to upgrade for many years to com.

This PC is great for anyone who is into gaming. I have yet to find a game that I cannot run on max settings. That being said, I'm only using it as a standard gaming computer - I'm not streaming or doing other intensive tasks on top of that, and although I hear it is suitable for VR, I haven't tried that yet. Sure, you could spend $2k+ on a PC to get even better specs, but that's not necessary for what I'm using it for. It's unfortunate that the SSD isn't bigger, but I knew that when I bought it. The mouse and keyboard that come with it are decent, but nothing special. Overall 4.5/5

I have run several heavy project renders on this pc and it handles the load very well. Adobe software is no issue to run on this computer and loads much faster than my previous PC's. I have played multiple games and noticed no performance issues there either.

I wanted something fast, efficient that would last me. This computer is exactly that. I run everything on ultimate and haven't had an issue. Exactly what I thought I'd purchase. Only problem is it gets super hot, that's not a worry though.

I just recieved this pc yesterday when i turned it on it looked so good, i liked how everything matched inside and it has its beauty thats forsure, everythings working amazing besides one thing! All my fans work but the lights wont turn on, on the fans, all the other lights are working fine, im just getting into pc because im so sick of console, so honestly dont know to much about them, i do know whats garbage and that product wise, but having to fix somthing changing out the graphics card is probably the only thing, other then that no idea so would really like some help im guessing maybe its just a cord that got unpligged when in shipment i dont know. If somone could help me that would be great!

I can edit stream and play games on this beast of a machine the only problem I found was that the fan settings were on low so you might need to change that in uefi settings

This PC handles everything I can throw at it so far, from statistical computations to gaming it handles it all. And if you in to benchmarks its pulling a 10,871 from 3DMark with out of the box settings. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

Great overall performance & build quality. Mouse & keyboard were surprisingly good as well.

The PC works Great just need to manually download Benchmarks to help control the fan speeds, computer heats up quickly when playing games without benchmarks helping control over system temperature. overall looks great runs great, highly recommended but also buy some addition fans to help the cooling. can add 3 more fans.

I purchased this PC for post processing of digital photos using Photoshop and Lightroom. The speed of processing large files is incredible. I do wish it had a couple more USB ports on top of the box for easy access, but resolved this issue with a USB hub. I recommend this to any photographer for their post processing needs.

Purchased for my teenager. It seems to have good specs for his gaming needs. Thought about a custom build, but for the money, this option was efficient and easy. Defiantly convenient and does most everything a pretty serious gamer would need. Happy customer.

Overall, I am satisfied with the options received for the price paid. I did have to open the back panel to reconnect one of the fan lights.

looked for about a year before finally getting one. Must say I am impressed don't need to really upgrade anything anytime soon look forward to playing COD and RDR2

CyberPowerPC SLC10200CPG Expensive but worth the value rate for gaming and whatever you ever need

So far so good. A replacement computer/work station/game computer for a previous model that died in less than a year, thankfully it was still under the 1 year warranty. It did take over +2.5 weeks to get after the order was placed though.

It came ready to go pull out the box plug it in & it’s up & running. Was hesitant about the GPU fans so I ran furmark as soon as the gpu reached 60 degrees Celsius both fans running Win! Then @ the same time ctrl+shift+escape then click performance tab while running 4.6 ghz no overclock 8 cores 16 cores. WINNING!!! Great setup ,it’s amazing & quick & graphics are A1.
