Turned it on , and getting pixels on both screens, then it restarts every time. The fan makes a loud scraping sound. Very disappointed. Taking it back today. Wish me luck.

10/2019-Updated review: (1-star) I have now had this PC for 6-months and I can say that it has been more problems than its worth. My PSU died 2-weeks ago (it is a no-brand name cheapo 1000w) which I replaced with an EVGA 850w premium PSU. The original 2080TI in some of these builds has Micron GDDR6 memory which if you do a quick search on the internet is known to be FAULTY/DEFECTIVE from release. This causes the card to overheat and I am not talking about the GPU temp, the actual GPU memory is overheating. The PC was crashing left and right (blue screen, black screen, green artifacting) when I would play games and the only way to get the PC to run games stable was to de-clock the memory -502Mhz and set the power limit to 50% of its capability. Seriously??? It blows my mind that at this price point you can have this many issues. CyberpowerPC tried to tell me that the card should never operate at 100% and that because I was using MSI afterburner (mind you the card was NEVER overclocked) that I was somehow to blame for the card behaving like this...I will NOT be buying from this company ever again. 4/2019-Original review: (3-star) If you are buying this expecting a 'perfect out of box experience' you may need to look elsewhere. I traditionally build my own computers but due to the recent price hike for the 2080TI and 9900k; I decided to take a chance on this. Computer arrived yesterday and the HDD was laying on the bottom of the case cage. The HDD bracket was busted and the HDD power plug was bent/snapped. The motherboard was missing 2 screws on the top of the mobo which caused the entire motherboard to move when connecting usb/etc to the back of the computer! WHO IS BUILDING THESE THINGS??? The USB ports on the top of the case were not working...noticed the cable was disconnected from the motherboard header....lastly...when starting games the computer started making a loud CLICKING noise when the fan would speed up...noticed the radiator fan was tightened too much causing it to flex/hit the radiator. After all of these 'quirks' were worked out...the computer seems to be doing fine. I really think cyberpowerpc needs to put in more effort into the QA & the packaging for shipping. Placing a desktop computer in a single box solution is a bad idea. The foam they use to protect the cpu/video card is nice. They need to do the same thing with the HDD bays to keep the HDD in place during shipment. Lastly; leaving out screws entirely is unacceptable. How hard is it to screw a motherboard to a case? Not hard at all. Cmon'.

      Dear Valued Customer,

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Most of the RTX graphics cards from release do have the Micron GDDR6 memory, however, they do not run into an issue where they would overheat. Some faulty Micron memory modules on the RTX graphics cards may cause artifacting, loss of display, and in some cases the PC fails to recognize the graphics card. Having 100% usage on a graphics card while under load should be normal unless it is at 100% in idle. You shouldn't have to underclock your graphics card for it to be operational, we recommend giving our tech support team a call at your earliest convenience for further assistance on this matter, we're always happy to help.

Good system with little issues. In 2 years I had one GPU fan start to be an issue. When replacing that fan I noticed the radiator was mounted upside-down. The liquid cooling mounting is the only reason for a star reduction.

I bought this PC with the intention of playing games at the highest visual level which it did great in. Although I was very pleased with the performance of this machine, the way they put it together is another thing. First thing I noticed right away was that their wiring job was pretty poor. By this I mean the cable management wasn't up to my standards(wires going everywhere). Second, the fan in the back was making a grinding sound as soon as I turned it on which ended up being the power cord hitting the fan blades. I had to put a zip tie through and tighten it. The case seemed to get plenty of ventilation but I prefer to have the front of the case to have the intake fans instead of the side panel. Although I did return this pc so I can build mine exactly how I want it, it did everything I needed it to do and more. They need to try harder on properly hiding and running cables especially on cases where it displays what you have inside.

I'm giving this 5 stars because of my own experience, but do your research on CyberpowerPC before making a purchase. There are plenty of negative reviews out there so I was prepared to do some work on this thing but, in the couple of weeks I've had it so far, I've experienced no issues. Everything for me worked right out of the box (after removing the internal packing foam used to protect the components while shipping). The only piece I haven't tested is the mouse since I had a better one already. My keyboard happened to die around the time I purchased this PC, so I'm using the one that came in the box; it's passable, though I'll likely end up replacing it before it dies. Keep in mind that the motherboard is custom for Cyberpower PC; mine is an ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB. The "CB" is, so I'm told, the part that indicates it's not a standard motherboard. I don't personally know enough about motherboards to tell the difference. The video card that came in mine is an EVGA 2080 Ti. While the PC comes with a liquid cooler, there's only a cooling plate on the CPU; the 2080 Ti still relies on its fans and mine gets up to about 81c when playing Shadow of the Tomb Raider (which looks absolutely gorgeous on it at 1440p). Cable management in mine is acceptable. If you open the back side to get at the drive bays (it has 3 3.5" bays; not sure where the two 2.5" bays are supposed to be), you may find that it's clogged with a bunch of wires coming off of the power supply, but they should be bound together. The lights on the liquid cooler, fans, and RAM make me feel like this thing should be in a college dorm room, but the included remote lets you turn them off (or turn them to dance party mode). I feel like this was worth the price I paid, though I used a Best Buy card discount.
