Out of the box the Graphics card (MSI AERO Nvidia RTX 2080ti) was artifacting and causing crashes on setup. Drivers did not help nor did reseating the card and checking connections. Currently waiting on cross shipping replacement of the card by Cyberpowerpc (5-10 business days) They have my zip code wrong and I have asked them twice to fix this so we will see if that shows up and how it goes. Two free promo games never showed up in my digital library either and currently waiting on Best Buy to fix that on their end. So far this has been a poor experience, I will update the review if/when everything gets taken care of. I will return the whole thing if not.

Great case, plenty of room for future expansion. The gpu and cpu are powerful enough for any game at their highest settings. I play Destiny 2 and The Division 2 with no problem. I even stream from it as well. I honestly think that how everything is put together is backwards though. I would highly recommend this build to anyone.

I am very disappointed with my experience, there clearly was no inspection done on this computer after it was built to ensure it was in working condition. To be fair the packaging was done very well, you do not have to worry about any shifting or any real damage done to the computer in transit. But now to the bad:
First I set up the computer, had my headset and keyboard plugged in to the top just to find out they were not working. Ok I really wanted to get this thing set up so I plugged them in the back to move on i'll check to see if I missed a loose wire upon first inspection later.
Second, the graphics card was not registering more than one monitor, OK unplug one and get it set up with one monitor for now and revisit that in a little.
Third, there was no lighting set up as displayed in the picture's, the only form of lighting was the fans and the power button. Honestly if everything was working fine and dandy I could have cared less, lighting is easy and cheap to install and I could always do that another time if I wanted a light show, which I probably would because this case is MASSIVE
Then worst of all, they must have put in a bad graphics card. I look at my display and its ruined, looks as if my computer is trying to do the matrix screen, NO GOOD! So I take a second look at the computer, there was a cord not plugged in for the top usb's as stated earlier so I got this plugged in and working. Other than that everything else seemed to be fine, but yet my display wasn't working right and I could not get the card to register two monitors. After about an hour of looking at both sides of the computer and inspecting every wire I gave up there was nothing wrong with it but the card itself.
Honestly it's a shame, I was so excited for this computer I took a half day at work to pick it up and start playing some games maxed out on it! Unfortunately I had to return it and request for an exchange, which means wait another 2-3 weeks minimum. I just don't understand how a company I thought was successful and lucrative does not have a form of a QC inspection to make sure their product is in full 100% working and pristine condition before shipping out to the customer, it shows a real lack of care and pride in their work if you ask me. Hopefully the second time around I get better results and if I do I will gladly update my review with the results, but until I get my new computer in working condition I can not in good conscience recommend this computer or company.
On a side note I can not thank Best Buy enough for making the return exchange a very simple easy process!

Pros:
Product came intact. Boots up in seconds. Performance is excellent and handles any game without too many issues, though there are some concerns listed in the Cons.
Cons:
Have to cap framrates in games like Black Ops 4, Overwatch, World of Warcraft, Inquisitor: Martyr, etc., in order to get some better heat management. Running unlimited framerates in those games will cause your GPU temps to soar up into the 80s, which seems dumb. One minor quibble I have about the GPU is that it only comes with one HDMI socket and two DisplayPort sockets, supporting a maximum of only three displays. It also lacks a USB-C socket which stinks because the newer VR rigs uses USB-C. If you are interested in using newer VR rigs or want four displays, you'll need to look elsewhere or settle for this and just buy a new RTX 2080ti that comes with all of the ports that you need.
Also, the power button light stopped working after a while. Not really a big deal but for this kind of money, you'd think that you could get a power button light that doesn't have a wiring/short problem.

If you are willing to go to a casino now and try your luck and spend $3200.00 then CyberPower is for you. But if you need a high-end PC look elsewhere because you won't get it from them.
I got my PC in May, GPU wasn't connected, audio ports on the front were mixed up. Nothing too bad but a good indicator that no one inspected the system before shipping and it's not what you expecting for that money. Also, the motherboard is too weak for CPU and got not enough phases to power 8 cores with Hyper-Threading. Motherboard: ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB, make a note CB stands for custom build and not supported by ASRock.
In June my Video card just stopped working. I switched to integrated graphics and wanted to order from Cyberpower just a new GPU by warranty because it's too expensive to ship PC to them to fix it. A few days after all my USB ports didn't work and the motherboard stopped to work too. So I send PC to Cyberpower and paid for shipping over $200.00 and they won't reimburse it.
I got my PC back 2 days ago and replaced GPU got no USB-C connector and Virtual Link. It is a new industry standard for Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. But the GPU I got was also some custom build and don't have it. I called to support service and asked replacement because it's what I paid for and they need to deliver it. Had a long conversation that they have no control of what they putting in and on my question how come you can put anything else that advertising and taking money for it he said they can't do anything about that.
Even here in the questions section CyberPower's answer is that all GPU should have USB-C port but in real CyberPower using what they have and cant guarantee nothing to customers. I asked for a manager or anyone who can explain why CyberPower can't deliver what they promising and got the answer that no one can't help me with that and the manager is off.
I wanted to save my time and buy a ready build system instead of doing it myself. But I got cheap parts, hardware that can't support each other's full performance, and the company that can't keep promises and don't even care about it. Out of 3 months, I used PC only fort 1 month, spend an additional $235.00 on shipping and got some cheap custom build GPU in return which doesn't have what I need and what I paid for.
I ignored bad reviews and though I will get lucky, don't do my mistakes. Buy from respectful brands whos promises is not a waste of breath. And BestBuy won't help you too because the exchange/return time passed.

Like several other reviewers, I noted that the build quality of my desktop was less than acceptable. However, unlike other people, at least my desktop would turn on, and my graphics card was working - for basic old school games. During my hiatus due to the cov outbreak, I got a chance to install some of the newer games (and likely more graphic intensive). I am a year into purchasing this desktop. I have had multiple instances where my computer would freeze while playing a game, and then become completely unresponsive.
I realized this was in the setting of my hardware heating up. So I took off the glass side cover, and pointed a regular fan at this ginormous case at max settings. That is when these crashes disappeared.
My issues are:
1) I should not have issues at the "game recommended" settings with the hardware that it detects
2) I should not have to open up the glass side cover to ventilate my computer
3) for the money that I paid, the quality just isnt there either
4) there was not bluetooth chip in their wifi-adapter (for 2500 bucks, they can certainly spend 20$ (consumer price) to include that feature.

I was upgrading to a new computer for gaming and the specs on the Syber Forti by Cyber Power was exactly what I was looking for. I snagged it on sale so it was a great deal. This computer is a very sturdy full size case with lots of room for expansion. It has lots of fans for great airflow and liquid cooling to the graphics card. On set up I did find a couple of loose power connectors to the fans but everything else was tight. I had no issues with powering up and registering the system. This PC is very fast and my games are so smooth. I am very happy with this product.

Problems out of the box

I purchased this system prior to all the negative reviews. This system has been problems out of the box. Initially there was some software issues. This was fixed by reinstating the operating system. (which now the system will not complete a factory reset).
Problem #2 and #3 - The system would stop booting up all the time. It would fail to turn on in the mornings, and sometime require multiple attempts. In addition there were issues with the video placing random pixels on the monitor. I tried the computer with multiple monitors and cords. This resulted in a trip to geek squad for repair. After about 2 weeks I was told to pick the system up. Their report was they could not replicate the issue, and recommended using a different monitor. I had already told them at the drop off this was done.
Problem #4 - Problem did not surface again for about 3-4 days. First the video would have the random pixels even on the start up screen. Then it refused to turn on. I took it back to best buy (less than 2 weeks after receiving it back the first time). This time it did not boot for the representative, and they shipped it out for repair. I was told there would be an answer in 7-10 days.
Today I called geek squad, and the system is still sitting on their received docks with nothing new. The estimated time for repair is now 2 more weeks out. Based on the review history I asked about a credit for the system (about 6 months old, and used less than 2) to allow me to get another system that will work. I was referred to 3 different departments for this discussion, in each case assured that it would be resolved with their department. On the 3rd transfer I was referred back to where I initially started on the call.
I am frustrated with a system that is not working, a huge hassle with the geek squad protection plan, and the blatant run around. At this point I am waiting for a call back from a manager (which I was told they don't do).
I rated each the quality, value, and ease of use all at the lowest level based on today's calls.

Saved for a long time to buy this for my son....needless to say after buying this, waiting a few weeks for delivery and setting it up....it was NOT worth the wait. Should have went with the reviews and NOT the sale price! The case us huge, looks impressive, packed impeccably...so what could go wrong? Turned it on and on initial start up kept freezing up and then Windows would restart itself after an error. After a few tines of that and getting the thing to stay on, once checking all cords to make sure they were in securely. ...my son downloaded a game and it could barely run it. He tried several....so within a few hours he want from the happiest kid to the saddest. Returning this today and we received it yesterday.....so disappointing. Do not waste your time and money on this one until they can build it right.

I was rather skeptical of not buying a gaming computer from a major name-brand like Dell or Asus. After receiving this computer, my mind has been completely changed. The initial set-up was easy, the hardware is amazing, and the performance is insane. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I bought this for my son who loves playing games online. Video effects and graphics are
good. He got the 27 inch dell monitor to go with it that was recommended.
It’s also great using it just as a pc. I would recommend it. The clear glass is nice to see all your hardware. You can also buy RGB strips
to add color light it up brighten it up.

I read the other negative reviews, after waiting for 2 weeks , finally received it, didn’t even turn on, after calling and trying different things , still nothing, instead of waiting for a new unit, I returned it, I bought an Alienware Aurora , I could not be happier. Listen to the reviews, is my only advice.

So, there are not too many review in regards to this system, so I took a gamble.
The computer worked perfectly fine. I inspected and the wiring was well done; including the placement... incase that is a concern for some of you. It's been awhile since I put a computer together and was fairly impressed.
My system came with the following:
i9-9900k
32GB RAM
Asus Gaming Phantom 4
EVGA 2080 Ti
ADATA SU800 1TB SSD
3 TB Toshiba Performance 7200 RPM Hard Drive
Intel Wireless AC 9462 (part of the motherboard)
BlueTooth (part of the motherboard)
850W power supply
PROS:
Well put together
Excessive space for future upgrades and adding additional disk
Plenty of Power
Can add a second gpu
System runs very cool
Great mechnical keyboard from SYBER
Case is insanely sturdy
CON:
Cool Master (nice, but runs semi-loud and fans run @ 100%)
Crap Mouse from Syber (i have an alienware one prior and use)
Case is super big (so can be bad for some of you)
Overall, I hope this helps somewhat with the missing information. The motherboard has plenty of options to overclock.
WARNING, do not buy this computer above 2699 (which I purchased). At it's original 3300 price, you better finding off better builds.
Good luck!

I ordered this PC and was extremely excited just to get extremely upset in the end. when it got here it WAS securely shipped and the tower is truly beautiful, but the inside of it was a nightmare. Parts on the Motherboard (plug-ins and the 'teeth' where they plug in) were BEYOND BENT, the graphics card wasn't screwed in properly and lopsided, it was even upside down as were the USB jacks for it, and finally... it didn't come with a power cable!! I'm the end, I did buy a different pc and best buy allowed an exchange so I switched out for one almost as promising in specs and got some upgrades to install, and that'll do for me as I'll just upgrade it later in life.

I upgraded to this pc from an i73820 with a GTX 1060 6GB because the processor was being maxed out during some cpu intensive games. Everything runs noticeably smoother and it came with great components.
MSI Aero 2080ti (odd because after searching online i couldn't find that specific model)
i9-9900k
ASRock z930 Phantom Gaming mainboard
GSkill ram
