A lot of people like to trash this game...I'm starting to wonder if they've played it lately. I didn't play Day 1, but I can say over the past few weeks I have exclusively played Cyberpunk. The game is gorgeous, absolutely amazing. The world is OPEN. It has a Choose Your Own Adventure feel to it. Yes, there is a few linear paths, but you have freedom to roam. Did I mention there is an ungodly amount of side missions, all with their own dialogue? The game still has bugs (flying/floating vehicles), I've experienced a few framerate drops and it's crashed on me a few times (no more than Destiny crashed on me). Guaranteed you will still have stuff to accomplish after 50 hours of gameplay.

This game had a very rocky start. I did not purchase it initially at launch but decided to trust that the developer would fix any bugs and it would be a good RPG.
I WAS SHOCKED at how good this game is! I am playing it on a Xbox Series X and this game looks stunning. The driving of vehicles is great, the story is amazing, it grabs you and feels so immersive in the 1st person view that it works on. I usually like games in 3rd person versus 1st person but for this game I can understand why they went with just 1st person because it really feels like its you that is the character (V)...
I have not put the game down at all and think it is really amazing, I stopped playing valhalla and yakuza because of this game.
If you have a next gen console or pc do not wait! Get this game its beautiful. If you are on an older system I did hear that the newest patch has fixed alot of bugs but cant speak or advise you as I do not play it on an older console.

This is tough one to review: the Xbox version has a ton of bugs, and even though they'll likely be patched out soon, the launch was really marred by them. That being said, the game itself is incredible from a story and gameplay (when it's working properly) perspective. If you're nervous, wait until the next gen/fully patched versions are ready in mid-2021.

The game is good and story is solid. Due to the bad press the game reminds you of crysis, you could not play this game unless you had a state of the art console/ rig at the time. Quick resume works patched hdr and other npc issues. No need to talk about the bad because majority of the gaming world has been unlucky to secure a next gen console.
I have a series x and only experienced minor glitches that has been getting patches since release. No game is perfect on launch especially if rushed by customers. However this should have just been considered a next gen title. I have not heard any complaints from friends playing on xbox one x or series s/x.

This game has had mixed reviews due to bugs and glitches. On my Xbox One, the only glitches I had were after reaching a checkpoint after a mission or two, the game would freeze and I would have to reset the game. Also little quirks like characters holding objects that they werent meant to be holding. Overall the story line is good, and the graphics are impressive. Parents please note, that the game is graphic with adult content and nudity, so it may not be the best options for kids.

I really really like the story of the game and the fact that It has 3 story lines and 6 endings but I have an Xbox One X and its very buggy and glitchy at least at the time of this review. Also, it looks nowhere near as good as what the PC version portraits. The developer is working on the bugs but it will take some time. I can't wait for the Online Version!

A great story and very interesting open world that is wasted on an unfinished game. Thisbgame had so much hype and potential but sadly it seems the rush to get it out killed it.
It is not a horrible game butbit does nothing special and loses steam quickly. Story hold up even with the bad writing, the world is very pretty and has some great presence and presentation but there is nothing to do outside of missions and combat that are not very good.

I've been playing this for the last several days. Overall it is a good game. It has a good story.
The game is bug-ridden, though (as of 12/13/2020).
Graphics glitches. Physics glitches.
Additionally, it is not yet optimized for the Series X. That is a bummer.

This game started out buggy like most games these days. However through patches, and settings changes, it has evolved into something worth your dollars. Definitely pick it up, but only if you have a Xbox one x or newer console.

The story is good so far, but the game is marred by so many technical issues that would seemingly exist only in alpha or beta stage game builds. Yet, here we are. I won’t be requesting a refund personally as I still find myself enjoying the game, but I applaud both retailers and CD Projekt Red for offering the option to obtain one.
Hopefully, the game will see improvement over the next few months.

Honestly haven’t had the serious glitchy issues some have reported. Some minor glitches, but I’m also not using a 4K tv so maybe that has something to do with it?
Seems like a cool open world game, but it’s still not GTA (obviously).

Played this game on Series X and had very few game breaking problems at launch. The story and extra content add up to over 100 hours of gameplay and there is a ton of customization to always keep the gameplay fresh and exciting

System: Xbox Series X. Incredibly buggy. Still playable but I have had to restart the game on many missions because they cannot be completed due to the bugs. AI is pretty bad (many times will just stand still and stop fighting back in the middle of a battle). Game is still moderately fun, just leaves a lot to be desired. Finished product should have been released.

Fun game. Sooooo much to do. The only thing that gets me is the bugs. I recommend manually saving your game a lot so you can go back if a bug were to occur. I won’t stop playing till I beat it though.

I am currently running the game on Xbox Series X. The game is massive and immersive. Every action and activity feels meaningful and the time spent in it burns the hours away without realizing it. The story is intriguing with a great cyber future concept. Beware of the bugs. They are real but I have played so many with bugs so it doesn’t hurt the experience for me. As far as the product from Best Buy - the delivery was easy and on release day. I enjoy being able to purchase digital keys from Best Buy rather than directly on my device.

The game has been in production for 8 years, in my opinion i feel like they focused 95% of this time creating the perfect story with perfect characters but only 5% on making sure the game actually runs, this game became in my opinion the best campaign in a game ever created(it used to be the last of us for me) even though it's not as heartbreaking and emotional as tlof, the story is just near perfection with amazing characters, emotional moments, and an amazing ginormous world with side quests that feel like main missions, one time I mixed the missions and I spend over 4 hours doing side quests and I didn't even notice because of how good written they were,

You all know this game has a lot of bugs, so far I love the game, but at some points is really annoying all the bugs you have to deal with, I'm playing this game in performance mode on my Xbox Series X and it looks great.
Can't wait once the game gets optimized for next gen.
