bought this computer because the old one was going bad. This work great and satisfied my gaming needs. Lots of fan to cool down the system. The look is pretty different from all the computer I own. Looks like there are fans on every side of my computer even on top. LCD touch screen, doesn't really do much, beside change colors and the fan power. Overall a great computer to own.

We got this computer for my son to play his games on. It works great for the games he plays. It is fast and more than capable. There was a video card that had come loose during shipping but all I had to do was open the case and seat it on the board good. Other than that there have been no issues or problems yet.

      DDub,

Thank you for investing in a CybertronPC 5150 Unleashed IV – we’re glad your son is enjoying it!

This computer runs all the games I love to play from Guild Wars 2 to Rome 2 Total War on Ultra settings. I haven't tried it on newer games yet because I haven't bought any but overall great computer! CybertronPC has amazing customer service also, the computer had a problem verifying windows key on arrival. Called them up and they took care of everything, calling Microsoft and getting everything figured out. I will definitely be buying Cybertron PC's from now on.

And it is. After a long exhausting search for a gaming desktop, and all the help I got to ultimately choose this one, this computer is definitely everything I could want. Also, note to cybertronPC, this video also sealed the deal for me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1qz8JoEJtE

I've had this for about two months now. I got it while it was on sale and I had reward zone points that took it to a price that I couldn't have built one myself for so I couldn't pass that up. Though I haven't owned it very long, I am thoroughly impressed. I was coming off of two prebuilds in a row that still make me shutter to think about. My PC before last was an Acer that I'd purchased through Newegg. It was a lemon and they wouldn't honor the extended warranty I'd purchased. My last was a CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra 2140. I know what you're thinkin', but don't let the "gamer" in the title fool ya. It would've struggled with solitaire and then it started crashing and whatnot. This PC so far has tackled everything I've thrown at it without batting an eye and it does so beautifully. My only disappointment was with the included keyboard and mouse. It was a Logitech set that could be picked up for around $14 so I'm still using the set from my last computer as they are better. I was also happy to learn that these are built right here in the Midwest in my hometown of Wichita, KS! In conclusion, you need one of these too.

Don't Buy If you Live at High Altitude

I bought 2 of these last October for light gaming and general use at home. One of them started having issues shutting down right away. Playing games like WoW on good settings (not ultra) or just uploading photos. The other machine started to do the same thing a couple months later. Fast forward to early June. I got 2 RMA's to have them look at the computers. They arrived on June 10th at their repair facility. The initial customer service with Andy was outstanding. Quick replies. Appropriate response. He was great. The problem is it is now June 29th and I still don't have my machines back. They cannot seem to recreate the computer powering down issue. The only reasonable explanation I can come up with is that we live at about 7100 feet elevation. Their office (according to Google) is about 1300 feet. Our thinner air must cause issues with the cooling system that they machine cannot compensate for. The machines seem well built and look cool. My problem is that they have had them for 19 days and I still don't have a resolution. My recommendation is not to buy one if you live near the Front Range or west of it in Colorado. One machine it could be anything. Two machines with the exact same issue is unlikely a coincidence.
