When I got this computer, the hard drive was not plugged in. Easy enough to figure out - windows wouldn't load, could see the DVD ROM drive but not the hard drive in DOS and when trying to re-install Windows - it claimed it could not find the drive. So either it was unplugged or the hard drive was defective. I did not want to void the warranty, so I contacted Geek Squad, set up an appointment and brought it to the story. Sure enough, the drive was not plugged in. Works just fine now. there were plenty of appointment slots available. I took one in 20 minutes, which is the drive time to get there, so I did not have to wait for help in the store

I purchased this pc for my son's birthday. He is a gaming fanatic and he LOVES this system. I did research on several different products and felt this one was more in line for his gaming purposes. Very happy customer and apparently awesome mom! LOL

This product was utilized as an upgrade from an older version and was a great buy

I absolutely LOVE mine! It was easy to set up. Has no lag or anything in the games and non e in my graphics and arts programs. Believe me, graphic arts/drawing/photo editing and creative software use a lot to run it. I wanted an upgrade to what I previously had and this is perfect. The best part is that, although it is already fast, it is able to be upgraded later on. Plus I have spoken with tech support...It was what some would consider not needing tech support for, but they were EXCELLENT and VERY UNDERSTANDING of my questions. I would and already have recommended this pc or any Cybertron pc, because of not only how well the pc is and the fact of being able to upgrade components but also because of their tech support.

I have been shopping around for a gaming pc found good review for this pc as well as from my friends.and I decided to gave it a shot and bought it. This computer does what is advertised and the price is awesome. Great and love it so far.

Great computer love it so far. Easy set up had no issues at all. I would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a great computer with a great cost.
