Had a heck of a time getting this thing to work. First was worried it did not come with Windows because it did not seem to be booting. Discovered it was a video issue. Long story short, after 4 hours of trying lots of different things, finally got it working and using the video card output instead of the VGA output on the motherboard. I don't know who to blame: Microsoft for not recognizing monitor, NVIDIA for not allowing installation in certain situations, monitor manufacturer BenQ for not auto-connecting to HDMI input, or Cybertronpc for not providing for out-of-the-box operation. Or it could have been my own fault. So, whatever. Now that its working I am very happy it is a very nice PC.

This computer came 3 days early, with earlier notification. Also, the packaging was very secure. I love that the system was ready to go and ran perfect at first. Outside of a windows related issue, this system has had no problems. Add a wireless mouse and keyboard, and you have a fantastic computing experience.

I have problem when connect with monitors it's not working

I received my new PC way faster than promised, I followed a few easy setup instructions and BAM, I was off to the races. This new pc is way quite and is very fast. My last pc I built for more money than this pc cost and it isn't nearly a fast. I have been using the pc for 3 days now and everything seems to be working as advertised. All my software installed perfectly and works great (one program is from 1998, yay microsoft). I called the Cybertron Support when trying to activate windows 10 and the issue was handled quickly and professionally. I will update this review if problems with the build happen in the future. Cybertron, Best Buy and Microsoft For the Win!

Pros: Was ready to game as soon as initial setup was complete. Played World of Warcraft on a busy server with no lag whatsoever. You can't ask for a better gaming PC for the price. Cons: Comes with standard keyboard and mouse.
