      We apologize for the issue that you encountered with the side fan. As you might have noticed, we take extreme care in the packing of our PCs before shipping, from liquid resistant boxes to custom made foam inserts for every PC shipped. On rare occasions, our PCs can still get damaged in transit for reasons beyond our control. In the off chance that this should happen, you are correct that our helpful Technical Support team will gladly send you a replacement and will even walk you through the installation process.

      We are please that you are up and running and overall satisfied with your investment.       Thank you for your choice of a Borg-Q! We regret that the fan was damaged in transit and will gladly assist you, helping you to avoid a 140 mile round trip.

      Your Borg-Q has not only the warranty, but also Free Lifetime Technical Support; for as long as you own the system, we will be happy to help you.

      Please also note that even if the configuration is modified by someone other than CybertronPC, our warranty and Free Lifetime Technical Support remain intact!

      We're sorry to hear that you had a loose connector when your new PC arrived. All of our systems go through extensive testing and QA prior to shipping, which leads us to believe that the connector more than likely came loose during transit.
