I was going to build a PC for about $300 more than what I paid for this CybertronPC. Then I saw that Bestbuy had this model on sale. I went ahead with the purchase to save a little time and money. I might have saved even more if I used the same components to build as CybertronPC. The convenience was really nice to just buy it instead (plus you can always upgrade/change things later). I wanted the GTX 1070 and an i7 6700 for gaming and video editing. To my surprise this pc came with the i7 7700, I ordered right when the 7700 came out. So I either got lucky, or they did not update the description on Bestbuy's website until later. Either way no complaints on that. Product arrived quickly, after a few security setbacks. Also not complaining about that. I'd rather have them hold up my order to make sure it was placed by me instead of some fraud. The PC handles the games I own really well (Overwatch, H1Z1, CS:GO, Rust ). This is my first gaming PC in about 10 years, so I will find more titles that interest me to test the limits of this machine. I'm sure this baby will last me a while before I think about upgrading anything. The SSD is really nice, since I've never used one. I like the window in the case and the LED fans, but I wish they were both the same color. It has a red one in the back and a blue one in the front. I'm assuming the blue one came with the Corsair case, and they just added the red one to increase air flow. Mine came with the MSI Aero GTX 1070 and I am very pleased with it's performance. The RAM is a single stick of 16 GB. I wish it was 2 x 8 GB instead, but I've never had RAM go out on me so it really isn't an issue just a preference. With that said I can just buy another 16 GB stick and make this 32 GB. I don't have a need for that much RAM yet, so add that to the list of future upgrades. I think the only thing I would change out on this PC is my CPU cooler, either upgrade to a bigger fan cooler or upgrade to a Corsair liquid system since the case already has the area on top for quick install. After plugging everything in it fired up just fine. Windows 10 is something new to get used to since the last PC I used was on Windows 7. All in all I am very pleased with this PC as well as the customer service provided by CybertronPC. I am only giving this product 4 stars because of a missing item. There was one minor issue after I hooked everything up. I realized the wireless card installed did not come with the 2 antenna it should have. I double checked my boxes to make sure, but no luck. So after a few days I contacted CybertronPC and they rushed me some antenna. Very understanding and professional customer service, so I am happy that I spent my money on their product. It is fast to boot, performs well for my needs, and got me back into PC gaming. Thank you Bestbuy and CybertronPC!

I've made desktop purchases in the past but this was my first time buying a gaming PC. I spent a few weeks comparing products across sites and found Best Buy to have the product I was looking for, which just happened to be on sale too. So far I've only set my PC for standard things (e.g., printers, file storage) along with two gaming related applications. Currently playing Heroes (HOTS) and there is zero lag and graphics look good even though I'm using a DVI to HDMI monitor cable. The PC set up was easy and overall it's a sharp looking machine. My only disappointment is the lack of a VGA port on the PC as my monitors are DVI and VGA. This was easily solved with a ordering a VGA to DisplayPort monitor cable.

Using this gaming desktop for the Oculus Rift virtual reality for almost one year. Right out of the box worked great. Have had no problems at all. Super fast, relatively quite and well made system with easy set up. Highly recommended. Blue glow is pretty cool too. Only downside is it doesn’t have WiFi capability (need Ethernet) but easy work around.

When the computer works it is good. Had to have network card issues twice with this machine. Last time had to have it wiped and reload everything to fix the problem. Don't know if it is hardware or software. This is the only issue.

best buy recommended this computer to me. I took it to Salisbury, Md. for set up as offered. only started and asked me what I wanted to set-up. If I knew that, I could have done it at home. Anyway, it seems really slow. When I click on something on internet, you see the little circle spinning as if trying to load.after about 1-2 minutes ,it usually opens,but sometimes I have to hit the F-5 button. I need to take to best buys and have them look at it. after all,it did cost over $1300.00. If someone from best buys reads this and would like to give me an appointment to bring in,please do.

The computer is very quiet, runs all of my games smoothly on the highest graphic settings.

I was so excited at first.it was so disappointed when i got this computer set up.I noticed the windows product key was tear and has already scratched..after i set up the computer.i found this message on setting.it said:we can't activate the windows on this device as the product key you entered has already been used on a different device.go store to buy genuine windows.Oh my gosh.also the computer is kinder of pause.i mean the mouse.and the graphic is worse than my 4 years old laptop.I also bougth a wireless keyboard last night logitech k750.it seems it has been used.it has scratches on the surface.I would return it and please replace me a really really New product please.

This is my first out of the box gaming PC. I am in love with it. I will admit that there was a learning curve with the machine hardware. Plus it came out of the box with a faulty GPU. I had to take it into Best Buy to be fixed. The Geek Squad replaced it with an even better GPU and set me on my way

No trouble out of the box with the setup. Preloaded with most of the Windows 10 updates. Super fast and smooth gamer!

Strong and durability. Having it for 2 years and it's still fast.

I have never purchased a product from CybertronPC but after getting it and have had some time with it is a great mid-high gaming pc for the price.

Received this later than originally planned, and when it arrived, it crashed everything it tried to boot up windows.

Read reviews and ordered online. Delivery was later than anticipated so I needed a neighbor to accept the delivery to prevent potential theft or weather damage. (Thursday delivery postponed until Monday) Easy set up- have to remove panel to remove the packing materials inside of the tower. Came with HDMI and a display port cable. Blazing fast startup, on within seconds. Excellent performance. Fast load times for games (WoW, Overwatch) and excellent processing speeds. GTX 1070 can be choppy if you try to run games in the highest graphics setting with 4k res. Cut the 4k in half and you're pretty much running smoothly in any scenario with demanding graphics or activity on screen. Activation Code for Windows... Check the sticker on the tower and scratch off the part obscuring the code. Its there. No one knew that it was right there or thought to tell me on the phone. Tech found it and said that it was unusual but it made for a quick fix. Save yourself the trip to the store or the call to customer service. If the sticker isn't there, you're out of luck. I was told initially that the computer should have arrived with windows activated already. Not the case with this purchase. Noise- relatively quiet. Any speakers or headphones will drown out the seemingly very effective cooling fans. I never notice them with any audio playing and its a relatively quiet fan without any audio on. Decorative lighting- I couldn't care less about the decorative lighting, but the clear side panel lets you see into the guts of the computer and still looks cool. My kid loves looking at the parts and colors. I highly recommend this computer. Great price (on sale) and works very well. Might want to consider upgrading to BluRay. Great sound. Pre-installed Windows 10 did not start up. Had to make multiple calls to Cybertron customer service and still did not get computer working right. Will never buy this brand again.

I bought this computer to run trading platforms and Maya on, I don't actually game on it. After some comparing I decided to go with this computer, and I am very happy with the purchase. Started up right out of the box and haven't ran into any problems yet. Very fast computer. Best buy had trouble getting me the tracking number for this order, and when they finally got it to me it turned out the package had been sitting in the mail room of my apartment complex for 6 days. This was very agitating considering I had called Best Buy customer service 2X to ask why it hadn't shipped yet, because it had been 2.5 weeks since I ordered it. Both times they told me they didn't know and could not give me any information. Turns out it had shipped and was actually here, but there reps had no idea. Moral of the story is that this is a great computer but Best Buy may not be the best place to purchase it from.

Great performance with the GTX 1070 and the I7 6700k to fuel your games!!!!. This PC will run any modern games at smooth 60 FPS!

Everything runs great, just wish it came with a standard-sized Motherboard, as it has a limited number of SATA ports and only one PCIE slot for a GPU, but if you're looking for a solid gaming computer that can crush games on 1080p or 1440p on max settings, then this may be for you.
