Overall a great pc, although i had higher expectations of it.

My old computer had to work very hard for some of the games I play. The CybertronPC is very quite and everything loads very fast. I did add another sata drive. I talked to tek support witch was very helpful. Installed very easley with the expansion slots that the computer has. I'm very happy with my new computer.

My son loves it. Hard core gaming still with no issues. Great system.

Was looking forward to getting this PC after waiting a couple of weeks for delivery. After unboxing the factory sealed unit, I immediately noticed the front chassis fan was missing. I went ahead and fired it up, very fast boot, good response, seemed sound enough with missing fan which could easily be replaced. However, after looking inside unit while it was running I noticed CPU fan was running slow and then stopping. CPU temp running over 140° fan should be running full. Gave fan a little spin by hand and it started running again at low speed. I contacted CybertronPC support, good response time, they offered to fix but I think it best to send this back for refund before something else fails. Disappointed!

Best Buy was great they has to order the tower and shipped it directly to my house

Best Buy demonstrated good customer service by letting me return the damaged tower. The side acrylic panel had an inch crack in it and the metal frame was dented. I have no idea or not, if this would have been a good computer. Bought something else, another brand from Best Buy instead.

I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to order a Cyberware PC or not because I didn't know much about this brand or their reliability. I was able to find some information and reviews of their other products online, some good and some bad, but I couldn't find anything about this exact computer. I decided to go ahead with it because it was what we were looking for at a price we were willing to spend. Seems like good bang for the buck so far. It's got a top of the line video card, a great processor, plenty of RAM, and a super fast SSD drive. Considering the additional 2TB HD and the built in optical drive, the pricing looked ok compared to other options. Out of the box this computer runs great, but I made a mistake when trying to move my documents, pictures, and download folders to the bigger hard drive, so I ended up needing to call tech support. They were closed that night but were open during business hours until 8:00 pm the next day, which wasn't a problem for me since the computer was still running fine, I just couldn't figure out how to undo a couple of steps I had taken which create a strange and unique issue. The next day, Friday, the entirety of my support case ended up taking three separate phone calls. On all three calls, the hold time was almost nothing, so I was able to talk to a tech very quickly. I was helped by three different people, but all three were helpful and courteous. It was also clear to me that they were working together in the same office, and they were able to and did consult with each other during the calls, so I didn't feel like information was slipping through the cracks. By the end of the day my issue was resolved, everything looks good, and the PCis performing great! I would recommend this computer to anybody looking for a high end gaming machine, ready for 4k or VR, without breaking the bank. The only reason I haven't rated 5 stars is because we've only had it for 3 days now. This hardware should be "future proof'' as much as it can be, so hopefully Cyberware will earn that 5th star because of reliability and longevity.

I don't play video games on here. I do vigorous video editing and music recording/editing. This thing is a monster. No lag, no skips, rendering for video is unbelievable, and smoothing editing with software plugins for video and music. This thing boots up fast! When I press the power button...10 seconds later I'm already in my windows with the programs I need loaded and ready to go. I may purchase a video game to give this a shot, but for the 4k video editing and music...this thing is literally a dream come true. Came in package neat and started right up. Only issue was Microsoft Windows Key not authorizing once in windows, but Cybertron Support was extremely helpful and quick. BEST PURCHASE SO FAR IN MY ADULT LIFE. I was long overdue to upgrade my old desktop, and I definitely needed more robust specs to properly manage multiple graphic-heavy apps simultaneously. I’m not a gamer, but I ended up researching gaming systems simply because I needed similar specs. After comparison shopping multiple brands and specs, this system stood out pretty significantly from the rest. The specs were better than most comparably priced desktops and the price was significantly lower than other “comparably” speced systems. This one clearly had superior specs (including reliable brand named components of which I’m particularly fond) and a reasonable price. Since the VAST majority of reviews were favorable, specifically mentioning graphic performance, I decided to give it a shot. …VERY pleased that I did. The desktop arrived 10 days earlier than expected and was exceedingly well packaged. (It’s been many years since I had to remove packing material from INSIDE a desktop case. …VERY well done. …boded well from the start.) I’ve been using it daily for about a week now, and it’s performing beautifully. …highly recommended. …and just an extra FYI…A couple of days after I initially connected the desktop and started installing software, I did contact CybertronPC support with a quick question about creating a recovery disc/media. (There wasn’t a disc or partition included with the desktop for recovery, and since my old desktop hard drive bit the dust, recovery media was on my mind.) Support replied promptly to my question with detailed instructions and links for creating the recovery media. They even checked back with me a couple of days later to make sure the instructions worked well for me and to see if I needed anything else or had any other questions BEFORE they closed the support ticket. Needless to say, everything DID work exactly as expected from the instructions, and I was quite impressed with the follow up. Total thumbs up for this first experience with a CybertronPC. It’ll definitely be on the top of my comparison shopping list in the future.

This thing is a BEAST !! this did take awhile to get it up and running because of Microsoft and of no FAULT of CybertronPC !! I called their support team and they were fantastic. They tech told me over that the phone that the phone was ringing off the hook because ever since the last Windows update,any computer that was preloaded with windows was going to have troubles with it booting up,witch I had trouble with! They sent me an email with a link for a patch and instructions on how to do it !! It worked perfectly !! I'm not going to deduct any stars for that, If anything I would give them more than 5 just for their support team !! After I got windows working, this thing just flies !! stays cool, video is outstanding,and windows boots up so fast thanks to the SSD !! For the price, you can not beat this computer !! I ordered 2 Blu-ray burnners for it already, I can't wait to burn me some disc's !!

When I first tried to install the Windows 10 operating system, I got stuck in what is known as the Windows 10 install loop. Per the instructions that came with the machine, I called the Cybertron help line, and the technician talked me through the C:\sysprep\sysprep.exe procedure, and the operating system installed as expected. This computer is not only fast, but the product support Cybertron offers is second to none.

This is a fast pc. I moved from laptop gaming to pc gaming with this pc and it has everything you can ask for in a pc. I play everything on max settings with no stutters. I i highly recommend this pc to anyone trying to get a great pc for the price. Wish it came with a gtx 1080 ti instead since it is bout the same price

Love this machine! I never heard of these folks and after reading many reviews, decided to purchase. I have owned the computer for about a year now and have gone through ups and downs with Oculus issues. However, they have never once tuned me down for phone support even if the issue had nothing to do with their machine. WONDERFUL customer/tech service. Best in the business. Solid machine. Windows 10 a pain but need for direct x12 and Oculus features. Zero issues with machine. Worth every penny. Wouldn't think twice about buying next computer from this company.

I had the same issue as a few others... I'm positive the $2,000.00 computer I had received was used .... I attempted contacting tech support via chat (not reasonable hours?) so I emailed my concern and the I got the exact same generic answer .... My used two grand paper weight didn't even have a red sticker ... and to say to make sure I have the monitor connected correctly just ticked me off ... There is ONLY ONE way you can connect the monitor ... I was treated as if I were the idiot who had no idea about computers .... I gust feel like an idiot for trying to correct the issue before having to return the system. When taken to Geek Squad to have this test, it took less then three minutes for them to tell me I had a defective unit .... I wonder if the missing red sticker made it defective? Please do not waste my time by telling to check connections a red sticks... Please do explain how you can admit that your $2000.00 product would not come with a manual? I mean I bought a $6.00 coffee pot and it came with a manual ....

The best gaming machine I've ever owned! Have owned Alienware, custom, and this has been by far the best. Thanks CybertronPC!

What kind of cheapskate BS leaves out onboard wifi!?!

Purchased this for my wife and out of the box the it wouldnt recognise the display. The box looked like it had been opened and upon opening the user manual found food stains and on one page a piece of cheese! So I pay almost 2 grand for a preopened product that didn't work.
