Bought computer online. After arrival I found it was missing software and instruction manuals. Hooked it up and everything was great for couple weeks. After that it started shutting down and turning on by itself. Got to a point in about three days where I could not get it to come on. Called manufacturer. Had a nice guy put me thru doing all kinds of trial and error turnoffs, unplugs and such and rerouting connections. Still would not work. He said he would talk to supervisor and get something going next day. Well still waiting to hear back from them. My wife got tired of box and packing it came in after 2 weeks and tossed them. So don't know for sure how to try and return yet but something has to give.

Bought this gaming computer in spite of the one online Best Buy customer review on it having been negative. I'm glad that the Best Buy sales technical staff in their Mt Laurel, NJ store were able to point me to this product. Had this computer for only 4 days but so far I have had none of noise problems described in other customers review. Indeed, this machine runs so quite that I don't know if I have even heard its fan running at all. Yet, its displayed internal running temperature stays low. Have not updated OS from Windows 8.1 that came installed to Windows 10. I heard there are still some driver compatibility issues particularly with modem connections to ISPs being dropped. I plan to update this review in week or two.

Finally returned this pc after attempted online remote intervention by both the manufacturer and by Best Buy Geek Squad twice each. (Please read comment I made today to my initial review). Now waiting for Best Buy to credit purchase amount back to my Best Buy credit card so I can purchase different pc, probably from another manufacturer.
