Computer was well packaged, easy to hook-up, quiet, runs cool,and boots up fast. Runs all my games very well at 4K 60 Hz. It came with all the disks (windows, motherboard, drivers etc.) unlike the name brand computers. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Bad video card

1st boot up, video shutting down when sleep mode, 2 weeks, video completely broke. Paid a lot of money. Support wants the me to ship bad card before sending new. Terrible service.

While component failure after arrival is uncommon, due to our careful selection of components and thorough testing, rest assured that when it does occur we stand behind our systems.
We are more than happy to resolve the issue, and offer multiple exchange options to choose from to facilitate this.
The most common is called a cross-ship, where we provide a shipping label, and once we receive notification that the original part has shipped, the replacement part is sent - before the original part is received by us.
We also offer Advance Shipments, which work by securing the transaction with a credit card. It is important to note that no charge made to the credit card when the replacement item ships. Instead, only an authorization for the amount of the replacement item being sent is obtained. When we receive the original item, the transaction is closed without charging the card.
We are sensitive to the downtime concerns of our customers, and both of the above exchange methods are designed to minimize it for them.

Awesome Gaming Computer

I chose this computer as I saw many positive reviews about Cybertron customer service, and it was the best value for my money at the time. My significant other also bought this PC. I have had no issues, and the biggest hiccup she faced was needing a different Windows activation code (This seems somewhat common based on other reviews.). I contacted customer service once with a curiosity, not even an issue, and I received a very organized, educated response. The response was at least three paragraphs and explained the answer to my question, why that was the answer, possible solutions, and product suggestions.
As far as performance, I am very happy. I have run everything I own at maxed graphics without a single issue. (Fallout 4 even suggests maximum settings!). There is definitely no overheating issues, and the NVIDIA interfaces that come installed because of the graphics card make it easy to update drivers and optimize graphics.
