    WARNING. This is not the same as Cybertron's model TGMSTEEL96025 (BL or GN etc). Cybertron throws in a watercooler. The model they make for BestBuy is missing this component for some reason even though it has the same price and model number. Also: Windows 10 was damaged and needed to be re-installed in order for the Windows Store to work. 5 hours of work.

      Thank you for choosing a Steel-9600, we regret the issues that have made your initial experience less than satisfactory.

      First, the system you received should have had the Liquid Cooler installed. We sincerely apologize for the production error which resulted in your receiving a unit that did not. We will gladly correct the issue for you.

      Second, with regards to the Windows 10 load, we wish to stress that we do not believe that the issue was caused by anything done with the system after it arrived and our following statements are not intended to imply anything of that nature. Because the load was tested and was clean, stable and had not exhibited any issue when sealed for shipment, we are interested in communicating with you, to help track the cause of the issue.
