    I gave these smart lightbulbs 4 out of 5 stars because they offer great features like easy setup, excellent brightness, and customizable colors. Controlling them via app or voice is super convenient. However, the connection can be unreliable at times, and the app could be more intuitive. Overall, a solid product but with some room for improvement.

    I was gonna go with the hue but after seeing the price I gave these a try and they work exactly the same but half the price. I do have both and they connet right to my alexa. I love the color changing and they are dimmable so you can adjust the brightness by telling alexa dim the light to what ever percent you disire.

    Needs Strong WiFi Signal for Initial Setup

    Bought these bulbs to use in the three light fixtures on my front porch and driveway. I had problems connecting them to the Cync app right from the start. I went through the setup process and kept receiving an error message: "Cannot Add Device. Make sure that nothing is obstructing any device and you are at a maximum of 40 feet away. Check that your device is still in setup mode." PROBLEM: The app showed the bulbs had 2/3 WiFi signal bars and my iPhone showed 3/3 bars when standing next to the bulbs. So I figured that was good enough to get the bulbs connected. After selecting my WiFi network and entering the network password, the app looked like it was going to connect but then I'd receive the error message. SOLUTION: I took the bulbs inside the house, put them in a lamp and set the lamp 5 feet away from my WiFi access point (router). Went through the setup process in the Cync app and the bulbs successfully connected. I then removed them from the lamp and reinstalled them in the outside fixtures. They have worked fine ever since. On another note, I like that these bulbs remember color and brightness settings when power is cycled. I have a Z-Wave switch that turns on the outside lights at dusk and turns them off at dawn. When the bulbs turn on they are at the correct color and brightness.

    Pretty cool lights. You can make them all different colors. The Cync app works really well, and you can refine the colors a little bit more than you can with the Google mini. I was able to pair the Cync app and the Google Home/Google Mini pretty quickly without too much tech know-how. Sometimes Google mini doesn’t pick it up, but that’s probably because of my Internet. Special effects are a bit too weird for me. But the regular effects – different colors and different light intensity – are great. I do wish that the lights could be bright brighter. I like that the Cync app doesn’t ask a bunch of intrusive questions—unlike some apps out there!

    When I bought this, I was concerned about how much it would be different than a regular LED bulb regarding its brightness. But it is surprisingly very bright. 1. Very easy to set up, just install the CYNC app and follow the instructions. 2. Compatible with Google Nest and Amazon. I have a Google Nest at home, and setting up routines with it has been so much fun. 3. Pretty good brightness for white light. When used for different colors, it might not be so bright. 4. The different lighting modes are amazing, and good for decoration purposes. Overall, a very good product for the price range.

    Was looking for some smart light bulbs that were color changing and relatively inexpensive. These were right uo my alley as I had already purchased a Cync light strip for my desk. The app makes the bulbs very easy to set up and easily connect with google home to control them with my voice and app. Would definitely recommend as I purchaed another set for another room and will probably purchase more.

    This overall is a good product. At full price, this is still cheaper then other brands, but when they are on sale, it is even better. Syncing to Google home is a fairly easy process. My only grip is that sometimes I have issues where the bulbs don't fully change colors. For example. If I change the colors from red to blue, all but one will turn blue... This can be a deal breaker for some, but something I can live with.

    I love this for my room :) you download the app and are able to control each light individually, or group them up. I have three on one lamp and one on another. It lights my room perfectly since I can control both brightness and color. There are still lots lf other options to control your lights with that I haven’t really explored yet since I’m comfortable with the settings I have now. Had a little trouble connecting the lights to my device but my room doesn’t have the best internet connection in the house. If you ever have any trouble with the settings, all I did was search up the problem and there’s info on their site and videos that will help you. Definitely recommend if you want to style your room up more and have a more comfortable space.

    First one wouldn't connect second one connected took about 5 min.third one had little problems but got after trying couple of times.seems like the further away from the light worked better getting it connected.Connected to google nest easy.now i can tell google to change colors with out going into the app. Would of gave 5 stars but the first one did not connect.i bought 2 2 packs because was less than the same 4 pack.

    I didn't exactly know what to expect when buying this smart bulb. I knew about all the different colors and such, but I didn't realize it would be such fun! Different lighting themes to fit almost any occasion and the ability to customize what you like is really nice. There's a bit of a learning curve on the app, but once you set up what you like you're good to go. A little pricey if there isn't a sale, but highly recommended.

    I’ve used the plain, soft white bulbs for years. That work great in the App, timed scheduled, easy to turn on whenever. Now I added these multi-colored ones. They connect and update easily, easily added into my Cync app…. Such variable colors and ease of control, I highly recommend them. I just ordered two more!

    The new CYNC app is great. It was super easy to setup and the interface is very clean and intuitive. I really enjoy the lighting scenes that can be setup. The colors look great when I put the bulbs in my fixture.

    Works great, bulbs can be very bright (especially when both are in the same fixture). Only problem I've had is that there are occasionally some hiccups when changing light color, but I suspect this might just be my wifi acting up.

    Wasn’t sure how hard this would be set up and if I’d need any extra add ons to get it up and working. So.... these light work great and you don’t need any additional parts/pieces. Just screw the build in and download the app. Setup is done via the app and only takes a few moments. After that you just use the app to choose color and brightness. Easy to use and happy with my purchase.

    This buds has really been fun to play with over the past year. When we have parties we can just ask Alexia to set the color we prefer. And when it’s time for bed was just tell alexia Good Night and she power down all the lights.

    The lights work great and are very easy to setup. Although some times they do not always sync up and i have a very stron wifi connection in every room. Other than that i am very pleased with this product.

    These lights might be on the expensive side, but remember you get what you pay for... and quality is what we got here. I’ve seen some other full spectrum lights, not nearly as bright, and the life on these lights is incredible... over 17 years of life at 3 hours a day..... the app is very simple and easy to use, they are Alexa compatible, what more can I say?? Those lights are dimmed to 50% in the picture I posted.

    Inconveniently Simple

    I bought 2 pairs of these smart light bulbs and they are pretty decent. I installed these light bulbs on light stands which are controlled by WeMo Smart Plugs. I configured a few scenes for the smart light bulbs which is straight forward to do. But the inconvenience comes when the light stands are turned OFF. Of course, when the light stands or the light fixtures in which you install these smart bulbs are OFF, you would not be able to access the smart light bulbs immediately via mobile application because the smart light bulbs are OFF as well. You would need to turn ON the light fixtures and then wait a minute or so until the smart light bulbs reconnect with your Wi-Fi network. It is not a big problem, but this is something you should be aware of. Keep in mind that if you would like to link these smart light bulbs to your Google Assistant, then you would need to recreate your scenes that you already created in the mobile application. The scenes do not transfer to Google Assistant. As a result, it can get tedious in the beginning of the setup, but once the setup is complete for both the mobile application and Google Assistant, then you should be good to go.
