    All my D-Link switches have worked with no problem for years. I have read that some people have had some bad experiences with this. It got me nervous... then I went with my instinct. Great choice! It worked out of the box. It makes everything so much easier to have one hub for all my connections. It lights green for gigabit, orange for hi-speed automatically. There is nothing to set, it works out of the box. Perfect choice for anybody.

    Guality of construction is at first questionable, but for a home unit it is quite adequate. Improved performance by 25% on Ethernet connections.

    Switch performs well. However, you can get the benefit only when the device connected to switch also supports giga bit. Otherwise, the speed will be throttled accordingly.
