I bought this because we were having work done on our house and we were going to go on vacation. Setup was quick and after downloading the apps from the iTunes Store I could see the work area from my iPad and iPhone. I could access the camera from a browser on the PC. Haven't had any problems in the 2 months of continuous use.

This camera was so easy to install. At first I had it hooked up to the router with the Ethernet cable. I later needed to move it and make it wireless. It was so easy!

I bought this camera to have a way to see our dogs when we are at work or out to dinner. It works pretty good and I am happy with the quality of this camera. I have had problems with the other cameras (same company) that I have purchased. I have to keep resetting them and it is kind of annoying. This camera hasn't had any issues with it since I purchased it and it has good quality viewing and it has a microphone but you really can't hear it when someone is speaking to you.

Works well. Live video was easy to set up, but setting up recording on the SD chip was challenging. I plan to purchase additional units.

This is a great stationary wifi camera. I use this camera as a surveillance pointing at my backgate. At night I have it on nightmode but still have to turn on my outside light because it will produce glare from the window. Logging into the admin site allows you to do sound detection, motion detection, as well as others. The D-Link UI app is basic and user friendly, but I do suggest to log in to the admin site to get the most out of your camera such as email screenshots, scheduled recording, FTP back up and etc.

I bought two of these cameras. They were quite difficult to set up using a Mac computer and the support number was no help during the process as they did not know anything about Mac’s (their words). Once they worked they did so erratically. I don’t know if this problem is caused by the cameras or by the mydlink.com site which is where one has to go for viewing. I have used these for two months now and the daily connection problems have not improved. While the quality of the video is good when it works the sound reception is always marginal at best.

This camera has good picture quality for the price and the fact that it is wireless. I can monitor my office lobby from my desk or home. Gives me a sense of security in case of any trouble. The on-line customization is somewhat difficult to navigate and requires a good amount of computer savvy. It was quick and easy to set up and link to my wireless network and the iPad app gives quick access from anywhere.

Although i specifically bought this camera for the 2-way speaker and couldn't get it to work properly, it was still cheaper than the other models. Other d-link cameras work fine, but not the easiest to hook up for a somewhat knowledgeable person around computers.

This camera seems easy enough for a beginner. Might have to call the store for any more questions. Needs a wifi which I don't have in one home but will use in the other home for now.

I actually own two of these D-link models 2200 and several of other varieties of D-link cameras 2132L etc. This model allows to record and save date of events to a sd mini storage card. Various sizes to fit your specific needs and or price range. When it works it is a great camera. It has some issues but overall I like the features of this model.

This camera is an OK camera for the price, but don't expect to see the 720p image on any mobile devices. This resolution is ONLY available on-line so the marketing of the camera is a bit deceiving. I could only get the audio function to work within the home network, never remotely (which is a big reason why I bought this camera). Setup is fairly simple though and if you are just looking for a basic video stream, this does the job.

This camera as just what I needed. Was easily hidden and recorded very well!

This camera is Great for what we need this for. Our Great Dane had surgery and we can watch when we was at work

It was a refurbished version and I never could get the red light to turn green. I was able to return it no problem. Great customer service.

Purchased two at the same time. First one was an easy install except had to broadcast my router name and the wireless antenna limited how far from the router I could place the camera. Second camera had video issues which after multiple setup tries were never resolved. Took it back to Best Buy in Carson City, NV. Immediate exchange, not hassle, and once got the new one home the install was completed in five minutes. Use the cameras to monitor our homes. And using the app on the iPhone, makes that really easy.

Works great with no real drawbacks. I recommend this product for simple home surveillance.
