This camera was awesome for my purpose (watching my pets when I'm not home) and the two-way audio was flawless... when it worked. For some reason, I could always talk through my iPad, but once I talked through it, I couldn't hear anything, almost like enabling the two-way audio disabled the hearing capability. Then, my iPhone was just so temperamental. 90% of the time I couldn't talk through my iPhone through the camera. But the sound always worked so I could hear what was going on. Maybe this is only an iOS problem, but if it weren't for that, I would have kept it.

I have two of these, one that looks out to my backyard as my dog likes to hang outside when i'm at work. One in the front I can see my kid get off the bus from school.

This is a very good wifi cam. Very good picture and sound! I bought several more D Link cameras which are truly amazing

Easy to setup, easy to install and connect to wifi, great for listening and watching whatever room you plug it into. The 2 way communicator seems distorted sounding.

I have purchased and installed at least 6 D-Link IP Cameras within the last 2 years and this one was a total disappointment. It is definitely NOT up to the usual quality standards of D-Link products. I was extremely disappointed when the camera ceased to broadcast after about a week in service. This is, granted, an entry level camera but even the really inexpensive low definition cameras are more dependable than this one. Save yourself the headache... AVOID THIS PARTICULAR MODEL. Go with a 2330L (HD) or the 9xx series which are much better D-Link products.

There isn't too much to say about this camera, other than "it works". Decent viewing angle, 720p, works with smartthings.

I purchased this camera to keep an eye on my dogs when I'm away. Plus I want to catch them in the act if they were doing something I disapprove. I was skeptical at first because of other reviews for this product or company. But as soon as I got home I was able to set it up fast. No complications of any kind. A beginner would be able to set this up. I then just had to find a spot in the room where i could place it. It can be set up free standing or mounted on a wall. I tried the 2 way audio and it works! I can talk to my dogs and I can also hear them. And this is on my phone. I also can monitor them on my ipad. Great invention, i would recommend this to all my friends.

We got two of these and set up both in under 30 minutes. Downloaded the apps and we were good to go. We got it originally to monitor our dog sitter. The sound reception sucks so I would not recommend this if you plan on hearing what's going on. You will get some sound but anything further than a few feet will come through jumbled.

Picked up a few of these to monitor my house. No complaints thus far and they work well with my WD MyBookLive.

I can not believe how I put this off and it is not complicated and beautifully smooth. I could not be happier

I have 10 D-link cameras monitoring two houses and I have used this technology for 6 years. This particular model does not register properly, took hours and had to use a different model number to get it to work. 2-way sound is why I bought it for talking to the dog if we are out....totally useless feature volume is so low you have to strain to hear. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

It didn't work for my original purpose, how ever it does work decently as a cam to see who is at the door. It tends to get very pixelated in the dark when using the infrared. Good enough for the door though. Usage and experience may very depending on what your using it for. Don't expect the most crisp image quality. Next time I may step up to one of those expencive $300+ cams.

I put in an SD card to record movement. It will not let me format the card so that videos can be recorded. It will work once on the computer after rebooting, then not at all. I am tired of rebooting the whole camera to get it to work only once. I have another DLink that works, and I like much better. I have had it for 2 years, and apparently it is obsolete.

Seems like good camera, but tricky to set up with mac/airport network .

It is superb. A very good product to have in your home.

This indoor wifi video camera works great. Love it.

Very good product overall. like the features and price. I've used other products like this before and this camera was by far the best bang for the buck. The only complaint I have is sometimes when away from home ill check the camera and and only get audio.
