Been using it for a year now, works awesome. Elegant design and lots of room to store everything. Flexible 4 door with configurable options. Love the beverage center and inbuilt ice maker.

We love it! Have been using it 1 month and so glad we got this one. Love the water pitcher and everything about this frig. It is super quiet and perfect!

It's been about 3 years since we got our fridge. I still love it. Two sizes of ice, and it refills rather quickly when we've emptied the bin. The dual reveal doors means we don't lose bottles behind bigger ones, and thus our condiments are rotated and used quicker. The water pitcher is great for filling water bottles quickly. But my favorite is the flex space on the bottom right. We mostly use it as a drinks fridge, and it's so great the kids can grab and go without opening the main fridge. hundred time a day. We replace the water filter every six months, easy peasy. So far, it's been great.

We like the beverage door feature and wanted black stainless, which only comes with 2 beverage doors. So we don’t use the one on the right. 2 sizes of ice cubes are very nice. Having the handles hidden in the middle means no fingerprints on the surface, which is nice. It would be nice to have a hanging wine holder in fridge section. There is only one in lower right compartment, which we are using as a freezer since the lower left section is taken up with ice cube making. It’s quite monolithic looking so we hope it will look nice with our kitchen remodel

Unbelievable fridge. This is the greatest quality fridge. Super quiet. Forget the Samsung model. You can’t beat this Dacor. Well worth the cost. The dual ice tray is fantastic with the two ice types. The beverage center is a great touch.

Clean look and great features. Like the quick serve doors for access to commonly used item. Plenty of interior space.

We love this fridge. Having the bottom right section be either a fridge or a freezer is amazing. We have made that into our drinks section and it's easy for our small son to grab what he wants without anyone helping him out. And the inside pitcher is amazing!

The best fridge I've ever had. Good brarnd with a great features. It's worth the price.

Let me start with the Best Buy experience. We were given multiple delivery dates only to get an email a day prior that the install date needs to be rescheduled. Two months later, we were given a date for delivery and the appliance never showed up. Made multiple calls to Best Buy, was told someone would get back to us and that never happened. So after burning a Saturday, I was finally able to speak with an agent who said the appliance was never put on the truck. 4 days later it was delivered. To make matters worse, another crew had hauled out our existing fridge Saturday morning so that would be 4 days down a fridge. The outsourced crew who showed up for install told me it would not fit and after multiple measuring attempts they finally saw the light and realized it would (it fits fine). The crew literally plugged it in, hooked the waterline up and left. No ice maker set up, plastic on the shelves, no manual left. Now for the appliance itself-our ice maker has not worked since install 10 days ago. Finally got Best Buy to send what was supposed to be Geek Squad out to figure this out. Today another delivery crew showed up and said we needed a new one, no clue how to fix it. So now we wait for an agent to call to tell us when this swap will occur while we keep buying bag ice. Keeping in mind that this is a high end appliance, or is supposed to be, this entire experience has been a disaster. On the bright side, everything else works fine and at least we (finally) have a fridge (of sorts).

Great customer service. Love the fridge. The water pitcher is very nice, and love that it refills automatically.
