Customer Ratings & Reviews

Very happy with the purchase. Works great thus far. My kids love the soft/self closing doors. Only complaint would be the fridge door does not have a gallon milk tray. Have to stick it on a shelf. Great price compared to similar models.

great job in setting it up and making sure everything worked

Great service and product refrigerator is sleek and works great.

Great product. It is a solidly built, keeps my food longer than my old fridge.

1 delivery. Ice maker dispenser problem. Replaced with 2nd refrigerator. Same problem. Making ice but will not dispense. Open freezer door & falls out into freezer & on the floor. Had to call Dacor 2 times to get a get a ticket number for repair. Gave me a appliance repair company that no longer repairs Samsung appliances. 2nd call gave me a ticket number for another appliance repair company. For a fairly expensive refrigerator too many problems. Never ever had anything like this . I have had 7 homes & never had a situation like this. Can’t recommend this product.

Awesome unit. It looks good and works great. Controls are easy to use.

Its rhe best refrigerator ever.very nice big and beautiful in the kitchen

Brand new so still very happy with fridge. Was told there was $500 rebate at store but after regeristering with manufacture it was less.

Beautiful refrigerator; runs quietly and efficiently.

This is a fantastic fridge. We couldn't be happier

Nice refrigerator. Looks good. Installation went well.

Well built refrigerator, roomy, quiet and well designed.

The water dispenser keeps leaking. Had it repaired but still dripping water

Best buy shopping experience was great! They sent a guy from their best Buy premium Appliances design team to home to take measurements, provide options, check availability, place order and schedule delivery and install. Even the delivery team did an amazing job!

The staff at Pacific Sales were excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable and the purchase and delivery and installation of my fridge was very efficient. I love my new fridge all except the produce storage is too small.

Met my expectations for storage and overall quality.

Excellent product, excellent delivery and install, and top notch sales advisement from Ean!

Evan was perfect to deal with from Best Buy! The install was horrible! But Even made it right in the long run! Now for the fridge… the space is almost as good as the subzero we replaced, but actual operation is nowhere as close to the money you spend! Do the research!

Excellent buying experience along with knowledgeable installers for a built in refr. All went well and we couldn’t be happier.

High CP value and easy install/set up. Smart things control luxury built-in high end products. Fingerprint is the only complain.
