Replaced with 2nd refrigerator. Same problem. Making ice but will not dispense. Open freezer door & falls out into freezer & on the floor. Had to call Dacor 2 times to get a get a ticket number for repair. Gave me a appliance repair company that no longer repairs Samsung appliances. 2nd call gave me a ticket number for another appliance repair company. For a fairly expensive refrigerator too many problems. Never ever had anything like this . I have had 7 homes & never had a situation like this. Can’t recommend this product.

They sent a guy from their best Buy premium Appliances design team to home to take measurements, provide options, check availability, place order and schedule delivery and install. Even the delivery team did an amazing job!

I love my new fridge all except the produce storage is too small.

But Even made it right in the long run! Now for the fridge… the space is almost as good as the subzero we replaced, but actual operation is nowhere as close to the money you spend! Do the research!

Doors are not aligned, parts are missing, ice maker works but water dispenser doesn’t, now the door is falling off. Stupid geek squad telephone lines keep ringing. Automated system is useless
