      I have never had or used an induction oven but the home we just purchased was electric. So, I figured why not try the latest. I heard Dacor was really good so I am giving a try,. Major learning curve for me but I am going to make it work. Luckily my pans are compatible!! From what I have been told this is a high end luxury appliance. The food on induction cooks fast. I must say I have not cooked on it yet but I trust this will be great.

      Cooking with induction gives you best of a clean look of electric and the control of gas, immediate control if temperature. The convection oven is amongst the best ive used.
