does not come with everything

I had to learn the hard way and contact encompass.com to get the mounting brackets.

Installation team from OT installations could not do it apparently due to missing something but left my right upper door not closing well. Every time I open the left upper door, the right door will open too. The door is not closing right either. It was not like that before they repositioned the refrigerator (that by the way we did not ask for repositioning). Installation person refused to gone back despite I notified him a few minutes after he left. Told me he was too busy and that he did a fine job.
