Not many people told me they found the movie great because the beginning takes a little longer for an intro but i really really liked this movie! The story behind it all is so touching! I was full of emotions too! It is always hard for me to watch will ferrell and not think about him being buddy yhe elf though!! Mark is obviously amazing in this too'

Entertainment that does not require a PHD to enjoy; the movie is just funny and well acted by professionals who know how to deliver a gag and punchline. Mark and Will's performances play off each other like the glorious slapstick days of Laurel and Hardy or Gilligan and Skipper, etc. Don't think too much about it, just relax and enjoy it.

I am not a big Will Ferrell fan but this movie starring Will, Linda Cardellini, Mark Walberg and Thomas Church (Lowell in the comedy series "Wings") and a brief appearance of John Cena, will have you rolling! This movie is sure to have you watching it over and over ! The comedy between Ferrell and Walberg is excellent.

I liked both actors and the actress. But if it was me. The Biological father couldn't do any of the nonsense he was pulling. Id gave nipped that in the bud first anf foremost. Over all good movie . I'd recommend to friends. Thus stuff actuall us allowed in some circles. If ges a ded beat he's a dead beat.

Will Farrell hasn't killed it in awhile, but teaming up with Mark walburg definitely wasn't a bad decision. This movie hits home to all step dads, though it has some over the top moments that could've been left on the cutting room floor, the story was delightful, cute and fairly accurate to what most stepdads encounter.

I am not a huge fan of Will Ferrell's movies, but I have to admit this this one was pretty darn good! There's humor, of course, but the characters are developed enough that you actually begin to care what happens to them. I look forward to trying his next movie! Hopefully, he's on a roll!

This movie was far better then I was expecting! Hannibal Buress steals this movie, and the end cameo was completely unexpected, but had me laughing uncontrollably for quite some time. This movie is definitely worth the pick up! Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell deliver yet another great comedy!

This is a funny film. Its not great or one of will ferrells best films, but I get a good laugh out of it. This is the 2nd comedy with will and mark. They do well together but I don’t think mark wahlberg is a good comedy actor. Would have been better with someone else in his role.

This was a good family comedy. There was good chemistry between Will Ferrell and Mark Whalberg. The cover picture is only a small glimpse of how opposite they are but yet have common interests. This one stands out as one of my favorite Will Ferrell movies. I highly recommend this movie.

I really enjoyed this! I always enjoy Mark Walberg but this is such a different roll from what I'm used to watching him in. He's normally such the action packed, tough guy character that it was surprising to see how seamlessly he transitioned into a comedy roll. Cute fluff movie, but fun.

I don't like Will Ferrell or his movies because I think he is crude. Don't normally like his type of comedy (stupid). I rented this movie because my friend wanted to watch it on girl's night. This movie was funny! I even liked Will Ferrell's character. I liked it enough to buy it.

I thought it was going to be a stupid funny movie, but it turned out to be a really good drama. It really described how stepparents feel around their kids biological parents and how they can work together to parent the kids. And then the tables turned, very good and funny.

I love movies that you can kick back and just enjoy. This movie had one joke after another, a heart warming story, and a great cast. Great for movie night with the family....heads -up...there are adult jokes and adult content....would not recommend for the uptight.

This movie was funny from the first scene. Will's character was classic submissive easy-going type but headstrong in his ways. You won't find a spot where you are not laughing or crying from laughing so much; grab some tissues. "Oh, you must be Roger!?" - "NOPE"

this is a good and funny movie, it does however have a lot of language in it, If that doesn't bother you then the whole family can watch. For me my kids already know what words they can and can't say, so this isn't a problem for my family. good movie.

As with most Mark Whalberg movies it is not for kids. Same can be said for Will Ferrell. But this movie is funny and does have many kid friendly moments just not the whole movie. This is the pairs s cond movie together and I think this one is funnier.

This movie will make you laugh in ridiculous ways. It has a real life situation about trying to be a father to step children, and an exaggerated father gets in the way. You have to know what your getting into. It's a great ride.

Walhberg and Ferrell return to form in this movie as father figures competing for the affection of their children. Ferrell plays the role of the new dad and Walhberg the biological father that struggles with sharing his children's affection.

This movie provides some classic Will Ferrell comedy that people have come to know, while interjecting some Mark Wahlberg humor into the mix as well. While not a movie I would watch over and over and over again, it was a fun movie to watch.

Daddy's Home is a funny and relatable story of a family dealing with remarriage and the return of an absentee father. Wahlberg & Ferrell play well off of one another and my wife and I shared plenty of laugh out loud moments while viewing this family comedy
