All in all this movie is really good. It has several well known and really good actors and if you like a movie that is based on a real event this one is a good one. I like how in this movie it is about doing what you got to do and not being force to accept your fate based on what a Doctor tells you and just rolling over. While the movie can "slow down" at times it is still a good movie.

Oh my god this was an incredible movie, no wonder it won so many awards, Matthew McConheny was excellent and the guy who played the supporting role was just as great. I really enjoyed this movie and will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

This movie is amazing. Both Jared Leto and Matthew McConaughey went outside of there normal singing career or movies in this flick and it really paid off. This drama swings you back and forth but it is really great look into people living with AIDS.

Great movie that shows how a casual life style leads to exposing one's self to HIV and how hard it was in the old days to get treatment and how your friends will abandon you when and if they think you are gay. This was such a real life drama.

This was an interesting story. It puts in perspective how far aids research has come. McConaughey is brilliant, his dedication to his roles is almost unmatched. He is an all around A plus player now. Video Quality = very good Audio Quality = very good Extras = below average & the only point that makes this release a rating of "Good" rather than "Excellent"

Dallas Buyers Club is one of the best movies of the year it was released. Interesting story with great characters add up to one unforgettable films in recent memory. Also Leto certainly deserved the Oscars for his role in the movie.

This film is a great story about the character of Ron Woodruff (McConaughey) who finds out he is infected with HIV. Along the way he meets another who shares the same illness, Rayon (Leto). This film deals with isolation, acceptance, and hope. The Blu-ray has wonderful picture and lossless audio quality. Yet the features unfortunately lack in amount. Rating: A

I highly recomend watching this movie. It shows the truths & myths about HIV/AIDS. The ones who have it and how it affects the people around them. It is told in a raw, loving, no punches pulled way. What acting! Waht a movie!

Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto explode in the "Dallas Buyers Club", reminding us of the tragedy of AIDS in the 1980s and the insensitive and corporate-minded medical community's refusal to put people before profit. Great film.

Mathew was dedicated to the role and lost an incredible amount of weight and was convincing as an AID's patient. The battle with the FDA appeared over the top especially since the disease has not been cured on a wholesale level.

This is a really entertaining movie. Well written and crafted. There are some top-notch performances in this flick, that shouldn't be missed, centered around the struggles to get health care early in the AIDS crisis.

Amazing performances from mcconehey and Leto carry this movie to amazing heights. Great period piece on an otherwise very rarely explored subject. All of the leads take very interesting journeys in this film. Highly recommended.

The great sale price was inticing, so I went for it, and glad I did. Very enjoyable movie that I'd not yet seen, despite being well rewarded. Easy to recommend to others. Thanks, Best Buy.

I picked up this movie and wasn't to sure about it but when I watched it I was blown away by how good the acting was. It had a great story to it and is something I can watch again. I recommended this movie no doubt about it.

This movie really opened up my eyes in regards to the AIDS crisis in the early to mid '80's. Acting by all characters is excellent, the movie was well written and if you buy at Best Buy on sale, it is a bargain!

I've been on a mission to watch all of the Oscar nominated movies for this year. This one did not disappoint. Matthew and Jared did some of their best acting to date. This is a must see. I'm glad I made the investment.

Excellent movie. The story is sad and the way it was presented showed the struggle, pain, and the hope. The eighties was a problem for anyone who had HIV. The movie made me cry and laugh. Highly recommend the movie.

Well-deserved Oscar for this performance, I admire his work and dedication for this character, I admired how much weight you lost to transform himself for this character, truly want the best actors last year

I saw this movie and thought it was good. It wasn't the greatest movie, but the story was unique and interesting. Never would've thought that the character would go through the changes he did as a person to suddenly accepting other people he hated as friends. The movie caught me by surprise. Definitely well recommended.
