Dallas Buyers Club is a great movie about a man who decided to do something when hospitals wouldn't. Although it did start off as a selfish act, later he helped many people.

Bought this movie after hearing all the reviews on it. It is worth watching and learning how the early AIDS/HIV medication was actually killing it's users and the main characters growth as a person.

A very real and powerful story line acted out by wonderful talent. This movie exposes the struggles with HIV both with society and the control of the FDA. A great movie and I would recommend it to anyone.

One of the best movies I have seen in a while. I was not sure about it at first as I had not seen many trailers but I was turned around in the first 10 minutes of the movie. Great actors at their best.

It's a brilliant story that at times is poignant and maybe difficult to swallow? AIDS is scary enough, but in the 80s it was unbelievably worse. The actors and actresses were truly a pleasure to watch.

The movie portrays the little known struggle of AIDS victims in the 1980's. The FDA is exposed as a non-caring buracracy caring more about process than peoples lives. Great acting - great movie.....

Initially I had NO interest in this movie whatsoever, until I read about the true story it was based on. I very much like true stories and this 1 was quite interesting and not even what I expected the second time. Very interesting true story but I'm not sure that many of my friends would be interested

This movie isn't an over the top action movie. But it grabs your attention and holds for the duration of the film. Jared Leto's performance steals the show. Great movie, highly recommended!

Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto and, frankly, an underrated Jennifer Garner are stellar in this film. After watching, I highly recommend viewers check out 'How to Survive a Plague.'

Got this at a deal of the day sale for a great price. Love the movie! Interesting perspective to see AIDS as a social issue that affects many people and not just the gay community.

this film was a perfect vehicle for both Matthew McConnaughey and Jared Leto... they both soared. Jennifer Garner was strong in this too... and others ... but hard to see around MM and JL.

This one is not to be missed! Well worth buying and watching over and over. Excellent script, excellent acting, excellent everything. Do not miss this one.

Fantastic movie... Saw it twice in theaters and knew it was a definite to add to my at home collection. Incredible performance by both McConaughey and Leto. Very happy with this film.

Maybe one of Matthew McConaughey's best movies. I didn't know what it was about until after I watched it. Truly a movie of his worth at least watching.

Looks and sounds fantastic and cheaper than the iTunes rental. Fantastic film about the sad but true facts concerning AIDS in America and the pharmaceutical industry.

Matthew McConaughey has definitely moved on from his RomCom days, and that's a great thing. This movie is a prime example of his true acting talents. Jared Leto also puts in a very believable performance. The subject matter could be a bit much for some people, though.

Terrific movie with great casting. Jared Leto was excellent as was Matthew McConaughey. They both deserved the awards that they received for their acting. Based on true story.

Great acting by Mathew McConaughy and Jared Leto makes this story feel real. I know the story was loosely based on facts, but the acting made you feel like this was the real deal.
