    I've had my first one for about 9 months, and so far it's been trouble free. It replaced the over the range, fancy schmancy microwave that ate it's guts when I forgot to put something in but still ran it--positively killed the magnetron. My 85 year old mother's 17 year old GE died this week of old age--so I ordered another one for her last night. Good and easy to use--I haven't had any issues with the door being difficult to open BTW. It's inexpensive, an off brand from China. If it lasts 5 years I'll be happy.

    Easy to use, I like the start button is also "add 30 seconds" 1-6 are express (one touch minute) cook buttons, interior light is on while cooking, open door button is hard to push in but I put small flat board between it n wall n that fixed the issue. Only problem is at times while cooking, the semi loud cooking sounds goes away like the heat turns off. I've yet to discover y or if it actually stops heating but all n all. It's very user friendly
