Excellent Product, Excellent Price. $109 is what I paid for this brain new portable air conditioner.

I had a portable aircon it is great to have it. its help me a lott whenever its hot i turn on my aircon

This unit is unreliable and insufficient. I wouldn't recommend this item.

Works ok but not better than a regular AC as it only cools a little.

Even for a small room It did not cool it , if anyone trying to purchase I suggest getting a 20,000 btu

I do not understand why anyone would want to purchase a portable AC. This ac is very cumbersome and not convenient. One piece is very large and bulky and is unattractive in the home. I would not recommend portable ACs over window unit ACs to anyone. we ended up returning this AC and purchasing a regular AC. This AC also did not cool enough.

This unit is very loud and bulky it does not cool very well

Was kinda skeptical about getting a portable air conditioner, but as soon as I followed the directions and installed it properly, it lowered my room temp from 83 to 77 in the first 15 minutes. The temp is still dropping, though only by 1 degree every 10-15 minutes now. It's a great relief to be out of that 80 degree whether and into a cooler temp with it still dropping. Now...I have a 250 sq ft room, so i do not know how it would work in a larger room. But if you have a smaller room and AC that's not working, this is a definite must buy. It's worth every penny you spend as long as you're cooling off just 1 room...Oh and make sure to keep the door closed, kinda pointless of having it if you have the room door wide open! Hope this helps you guys out on deciding to buy it or not.

Not much cooling power for an attic room, I expected it to be stronger

this air conditioner does not cool down a small bed room. The lowest tempreture it can reach is 79 degrees. Plus the HUGE air hose is very inconvenient at any room. It takes a lot of space.

This AC unit is very underpowered. Would not cool a 12X12 room on an 80degree day by more then 3 degrees.

The best buy employee helped me carry this to the register, but not my car. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get it into the backseat when I tried to lift it and realized it's very heavy! It was too heavy for me to lift out of the box once I got it home. I had to cut open the bottom of the box to remove the box from around it, then wheel it into place. It cools off my entire apartment when using it in "cool" and "auto" mode on a very warm day. I keep it in my bedroom, and if the door is open and all windows in the apartment are closed, I can feel it cooling down other rooms. It shuts on and off when it reaching the temperature it's set to, which sounds like the unit is turning off completely (makes me think it's broken) - then it turns on with a loud start that startles me a little each time. Overall, great cooling unit. I have not used the dehumidifier mode yet. Fan is pretty good, too. You cannot adjust the vents, they point in a fixed direction. Might recommend to someone not worried about the noise.

Central Air unit broke and Ac repair ppl had to order a new unit. Unfortunately it was the weekend of a HOLIDAY the 4th of July and we had to wait days until the new unit came in. At 1st I was skeptical about this portable AC bc I read some BAD reviews but I still went ahead and purchased it. I am so glad I decided to purchase it. It works EXCELLENT. Kept the living room of the house VERY COOL in 95 degree weather in New Orleans. Awesome product Will def recommend to others and the price is very reasonable.

Easy to unpack. It weighs about the same as a standard window mount AC so you may need two adults to carry to an upstairs bedroom. Exhaust tube kit was very easy to install in the window and fits horizontal or vertical sliding windows as well as sliding patio doors. Exhaust hose and electric wire are long enough to move the unit around the window area. Remote control is nice. Relatively quiet and cools the room quite nicely even during hot and humid days and nights. This was a great investment.
