Advertised as a wine cooler single zone. It is really a mini fridge with wine racks. Can't get temperature above 49 degrees. Had to go by a refrigerator thermometer as this item does not have one. Thanks a bunch as I loaded it with red wine before I realized what I had.

Our Danby 36 Bottles Storage Wine Cooler can set the temperature between 43°F – 57°F (6°C-14°C). Please ensure that the unit is not plugged into an extension cord and it should be into a wall outlet. Lastly, give your unit a hard reboot. Unplug it and plug it back in after 15-20 minutes. This allows the unit to go back to factory settings. If you still encounter the same issue after performing the hard reboot, don't hesitate to contact our consumer support team at consumerservice@danby.com or fill in your information at https://www.danby.com/support/ for appropriate assistance.
