Unboxed it, plugged it in, but it doesn't work. Can't return it now.

We regret to hear that you experience an issue with your unit, and the results leave us a one-star rating. All our products go through a quality check to ensure each unit that is released to our warehouse is free of damage or dents. In rare cases, a unit maybe damaged during the delivery of your order. It is given to our third-party carrier, and we have no control over how they handle it. This is sometimes the reason why the unit you purchased does not work after you receive it.
We always recommend letting the unit rest for a few hours before using it, in order to avoid any malfunction of the unit due to moving the unit between the retail store and the customer's home. Ensure that the unit is not plugged into an extension cord and it should be into wall outlet. Lastly, please give your unit a hard reboot. Unplug it and plug it back in after 15-20 minutes. This allows the unit to go back to factory settings.
