BestBuy delivers through UPS, so no store representative to open the box. The refrigerator had a serious, 3" dent into the door. The doors are not reversable as described and there is no metal shelve in the freezer. I recommend purchasing a pan under the refrigerator to collect water condensation. Heading to store today to see if the store manager will switch out.

I love the black finish and it fits perfectly in my small apartment.
