I was hesitant because I'm not familiar with the brand but oh wow let me tell you this was the best air conditioner I've ever purchased and I've owned a few different brands in the past. It is easy to install no hassle and it has a nice look to it as well. Trust me you will not be disappointed. Buy it!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely had refrigerant leak, made horrible noise and sound an hour within installing and of course returns were only eligible within two weeks of purchase and I bought this early and used it only after, so thats just money down the toilet for a piece of trash that came broken and would cost more to fix than to just by a new one. Super lame.

I also saved $48 on it, it runs great and is more quiet than others that Ive used. I recommend you buy the Midea 5,000 BTU. You wont be disappointed.

When a device is broken, the manufacturer's warranty states that they will repair or replace the device that is under warranty. Sometimes it is faster to repair a device.
