great price for the product, good functionality, generally quiet, but the fan is always running.

I received mine for Christmas. It was great for a few months and worked well. It's a good-looking unit. Then, one day, I noticed that I couldn't hear the fan anymore, and I looked at it. It had totally just stopped working. No clue what happened to it. It just stopped. I guess at this price, I can always buy another one, but I'll probably get a protection plan.

I bought this for my sister and brother in law for a House warming gift and they LOVED it. They have some very expensive wine and were glad to have a nice chiller to store it in. I don't agree with the "odor" comments at all. It had one when it arrived but was gone within the hour of taking it out of the box!

I loved the look of this wine cooler. The 12 bottle storage, the digital read out, the LED light that was blue, all the features. Just one problem, the unit did not work. I got it on a Friday and let it set for the two hours that are required to make sure that there is no problems with the internal fans, etc. I plugged it up and filled it with my wine, excited to get the bottles chilling for later. Well, later never came, the unit would not cool. I thought it was the digital read out, so I even placed a thermometer inside to see what it was doing. It was actually warmer inside the unit than in the house. I called the manufacturer on Monday and all they could say was it was a defective unit. Take it back to Best Buy. That I did and got a different unit.
