    Save your money.

    We purchased this about three years ago - it worked, for the most part, for two years - but there was often a difference between the temperature and what it was set at and that kept getting larger. Earlier this month, it stopped working entirely and after contacting support and an authorized service agent, I was told it would cost over $500 to fix. Obviously I'm not going to dump more money into something that didn't work so well in the first place, so we will be replacing our $1100 refrigerator after less than three years.....piece of junk.

    Bad Compressor, Leaks Freon, Look Elsewhere

    Couldn't be more disappointed with this hunk of crap. Refrigeration units are not complicated machines. I have a mini fridge purchased in 1998, and 20 years later it is still going strong. This unit, however, ran for a very small amount of time, and ran poorly. The compressor is bad and runs so hot that the unit can't keep the inside cool enough since it essentially has a space heater of a compressor sitting under it at all times. To make matters work, we've had a technician come out, and all of the freon has leaked out. A band-aid solution of re-charging the freon (which will presumably all slowly leak out again) was offered, but personally I feel that this is unacceptable for a machine that retails over the cost of most full size refrigerators. Best Buy you should immediately stop selling this machine. Buyers Beware - Save your money and look elsewhere.
