When I bought this game on October the 6th, I was really excited. I saw all these neat previews and a list of great songs. When I got home to play it, I was somewhat disappointed. I'm a long-time DDR Freak and it didn't suit with me that song list in the beginning are low BPM songs. Don't get me wrong, they're great songs (consisting of Justin Timberlake's Rock Your Body, A-ha's Take On Me, and Gewn Stefani's Wind It Up), but I would either like a remis of them to make them faster or other songs that I don't have to unlock. I love fast songs and inorder for me to unlock them I have to do the HYPER MASTER MODE. It's easier to go through now to unlock faster, but it's still annoying to even have to do that. You can just beat the "boss" song and open up a new section t beat. It's a great game for beginners, but for me, a long time fan, it's a disappointment. It does have original Japanese songs though and that's a major plus for me.
Even if you're a hard-core DDR Freak like me you should get it, just to get more songs. I do recommend that. A great list to learn and exercise to. If you also need new material to work on for routines at cons, great game to do that to!
NOW GO GET YOUR DANCE ON!
I would recommend this to a friend

I had seen this game on the shelf before and it caught my attention that i knew most of the singers that it was displaying on the back cover. I thought this was gonna be the best game ever, but i was a little upset when i got to playing it. The songs are kind of slow, and you only get a few songs to begin with. I like how it has hypermaster mode which are basically missions you have to pass in order for you to be able to go to "the shop" and get new songs, characters, arrows etc. once you start unlocking the new songs, you start noticing that it is more upbeat and the game gets more challenging and fun. I would totally recommend this game to anyone who likes to dance to modern hits!
