With two versions both in bluray and an additional disc of additions about the movie you could not ask for a better collectors addition.

THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE OF THE OLD WEST AND HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A LONG TIME, BUT TO HAVE IT IN BLU-RAY IS SUCH A NICE FEATURE.

Costner; what a great movie. He is much like Cooper who can deliver what he wants to say just by looking at his eyes.

Was shocked to see Best Buy carrying this epic American classic movie in steelbook form from Shout Factory. On 14 bucks!!

This film is my all time favorite...When it first came out in the theaters I went and saw it 8 times! Of course I own it too!

As much as I appreciate extended cuts, having the theatrical edition on Blu-ray is nice, which is included here. The quality of the cover image could have used some improvements. But for the price, and content, this was worth the double dip.

Just an amazing Special Steelbook Edition, great artwork, extras, and the quality of video and audio is excellent.

The Story was ok. The panoramic shots were fabulous, The movie was a bit too long. Kids will not enjoy this movie.

All disks were in perfect condition. The steel case will ensure the 3 disks are well protected. Very satisfied.

You can never go wrong with a classic. This is a great release of the classic film and worth every penny!

An epic film about the disappearing West! Set during the Civil War, this picture captures the story of Leutenant Dunbar, who volunteers to be posted at the Union's furthermost western post, in the middle of nowhere, because he "wants to see the Western Frontier before it disappears." Cut off from any Union help, and forced to fend for himself, Dunbar befriends the Native American tribe in the area. He helps them hunt for buffalo, defends the camp when it is attacked by another tribe, and falls in love. As the years progress, the Union army finally expands into the area and Dunbar (named "Dances with Wolves" by his Native American friends) is forced to choose between his loyalty to the Union (who's plan is to move the Indians out of the area by force, or kill them if they won't go) and his loyalty to the tribe who has become his family. This movie is so good that it derailed Kevin Coster's career for some time. After directing and starring in this picture and winning just about every Academy Award that year, fans expected greatness in every picture he did afterwards. But none could measure up to this one. If you've never seen "Dances with Wolves" or don't own it, the blu-ray is currently in the $5.99 bin at Best Buy. Buy it, watch it, enjoy!

What a great movie. This is Kevin Costner at his finest, and even comes with a cool steal case.

Another great movie and well done steelbook you will love adding this to your collection.

Can’t go wrong with this movie, action, thrill, love, and just about all you can hope for.

The long-awaited theatrical cut is available at last, along with the extended edition.

Despite being somewhat of a divisive film over the years.It still is one of the better films of the last 30 years in my opinion.Great acting,scenery,and most of all a well crafted story.Great film.
